Asa m-am bucurat, ca un copil, cand am primit pachetul de la <strong>Joya<\/strong> cu o sumedenie de tipuri de lapte vegetal si iaurturi vegane delicioase. Desi cele mai multe tipuri de <strong>lapte vegetal Joya<\/strong> sunt potrivite doar pentru preparate dulci, sunt cateva care sunt foarte bune si pentru mancaruri sarate. La fel sta cazul si la iaurturi, cel Natur fiind perfect pentru orice tip de mancare, fie ea sarata sau dulce. Asadar, veti vedea in curand pe blog o multime de retete vegane, de la cheesecakeuri si clatite, pana la paste, sosuri si ciorbe traditionale romanesti. Am alcatuit o lista cat mai variata, tocmai pentru a va arata cat de usor este sa inlocuiti lactatele din sursa animala cu cele vegetale din nuci sau cereale.<\/p><p>Desi toate mi-au placut, trebuie sa recunosc ca am cateva favorite. In gama de lactate vegetale Joya mai exista si iaurt de caise, pe care nu il vedeti in poza.&nbsp;Nu am avut rabdare nici macar sa astept pana sa ii fac poza! \ud83d\ude00 Iaurtul cu caise e preferatul meu asa ca l-am mancat pe nerasuflate la micul dejun, cu niste fulgi de ovaz pe deasupra. Si celelalte doua, de fructe de padure si capsuni sunt foarte bune si au gustul exact ca iaurturile normale din comert. Iti vine sa le bei si ca atare, fara nimic altceva. Cele albastru deschis, Soya Natural (bautura din soia naturala) si Soya-Reis (bautura din soia si orez) sunt neutre la gust si perfecte pentru sosuri cremoase de paste. In ordinea preferintelor urmeaza, Cashew Reis (bautura din orez si caju), Coconut-Rice (bautura din orez si cocos), Almond-Rice (bautura din orez si migdale), Hafer si Reis (bautura din ovaz si orez).<\/p><p>Acestea fiind spuse, dau startul testarii mele cu aceasta reteta de <strong>spaghete cu sos cremos de usturoi copt<\/strong>. Baza pentru sosul vegan este facuta cu iaurtul Natur Joya si laptele vegetal Soya Natural+Calcium. Puteti folosi reteta de baza pentru sosul alb, fara usturoi, pentru orice alt tip de paste. Este extrem de versatila si puteti adauga orice alte mirodenii pentru a-i schimba gustul. Diferenta este ca sosul acesta facut cu usturoi copt, desi dureaza mai mult sa fie preparat, are un gust mai dulceag si caramelizat. Merita sa il incercati!
