Iata cum sa prepari cele mai bune rosii umplute cu bulgur si feta, un fel de mancare excelent pentru vara!<\/em><\/p><p>Graul de tip bulgur este facut din grau prefiert care a fost mai apoi uscat si crapat in granule mici. Bulgurul are o aroma similara cu nuca si o textura similara cu orezul si se potriveste de minune in salate, pilaf, supe, mancaruri de tip caserola &#8211; si chiar si in legume umplute! El este folosit adesea ca alternativa pentru orez in retetele de pilaf, de exemplu. Bulgurul este cultivat de milenii incoace, iar popularitatea lui incepe sa creasca din ce in ce mai mult in zilele noastre. Este o cereala gustoasa, ce poate absorbi cu usurinta aromele altor ingrediente si condimente atunci cand este gatit &#8211; un mare avantaj, mai ales atunci cand faci o umplutura!<\/p><p>Bulgurul este sanatos, versatil si usor de folosit si se potriveste in foarte multe retete.
