Este sarat, aromat si putin picant de la ghimbir, iar semintele de susan presarate peste salata ii dau un plus de crocant. Batute cu furculita sau telul, cele doua tind sa se desparta din nou dupa cateva minute. Blenderul sparge uleiul in picaturi foarte fine si il imprastie uniform, asa ca dressingul iese cremos si stabil, iar aromele de usturoi, ghimbir sau ceapa verde se distribuie in tot sosul, nu doar in cate o imbucatura. La dressingul cu avocado, blenderul face si diferenta dintre o pasta cu cocoloase si un sos catifelat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi ca sa iasa perfecte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ajusteaza consistenta cu apa.<\/strong> Daca dressingul iese prea gros, mai ales cel cu avocado, adauga apa cate putin, lingura cu lingura, pana ajungi la textura dorita.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Guster inainte de a-l pune peste salata.<\/strong> Echilibreaza acru-sarat: mai mult suc de lamaie daca vrei prospetime, mai putin sos de soia sau mustar daca ti se pare prea intens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ghimbirul si usturoiul se pun cu masura.<\/strong> O bucatica mica de ghimbir si cei trei catei de usturoi sunt puternici, asa ca gusta si adauga treptat daca vrei si mai mult.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Foloseste avocado copt.<\/strong> Pentru dressingul cremos, un avocado bine copt se blenduieste mult mai fin si are gust mai dulce, mai rotund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Peste ce salate merg cel mai bine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceste dressinguri transforma orice bol de frunze intr-o masa adevarata. Cel cu avocado sta minunat peste o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-spanac\/\">salata de spanac<\/a> sau peste o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-detoxifianta-de-primavara\/\">salata detoxifianta de primavara<\/a>, cel asiatic da caracter unei <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara-cu-rosii-cherry-coapte\/\">salate de vara cu rosii cherry coapte<\/a>, iar cel cu mustar si usturoi merge peste orice salata verde simpla. Daca vrei si alte idei cu sosuri cremoase, arunca un ochi peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-telina-cu-maioneza-de-avocado\/\">salata de telina cu maioneza de avocado<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cat rezista si cum le pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai bine este sa prepari dressingurile chiar inainte sa le folosesti, ca sa fie cat mai proaspete si aromate. Daca iti raman, pastreaza-le la frigider, intr-un borcanel bine inchis: cele pe baza de ulei (asiatic si cel cu mustar) tin 3-4 zile, iar cel cu avocado se mananca in aceeasi zi sau cel mult a doua zi, pentru ca avocado se oxideaza si isi schimba culoarea. Un strop de suc de lamaie in plus ajuta sa pastreze culoarea verde mai mult timp. Inainte de servire, agita bine borcanul sau da o tura scurta la blender, pentru ca dressingurile pe baza de ulei se pot separa la rece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spune-mi in comentarii care dintre cele 3 dressinguri a devenit preferatul tau si nu uita sa lasi si o nota retetei.
