Se prepara in cateva minute de lucru efectiv, se potriveste la supe, tocane si peste si este complet vegana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iarba-grasa este o buruiana foarte comuna in Romania &#8212; o gasesti aproape peste tot, iar eu o am in multe locuri prin gradina mea, unde se auto-insamanteaza an de an. De cand am descoperit cat de hranitoare este si am inceput sa o mananc, raspandirea ei s-a mai diminuat, dar fiecare planta vine cu atatea seminte minuscule incat am mereu si pentru sezonul urmator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am descoperit ideea de iarba-grasa murata intr-una dintre cartile mele de bucate preferate, <strong>\u201eIerburi uitate\u201d<\/strong>, in care Mona Petre prezinta retete cu buruieni si plante mai putin cunoscute. Alege tulpinile mai tinere si fragede; cele batrane devin ate. Clateste-o foarte bine cu apa rece pentru a indeparta nisipul si pamantul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usturoiul<\/strong> &#8212; 4 catei taiati felii. El parfumeaza saramura si da un strat aromat care se simte placut langa gustul acrisor al otetului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otetul de vin alb<\/strong> &#8212; 200 ml. Este baza acida a muraturii si ii da o aciditate curata, mai blanda decat otetul de mere sau otetul alb obisnuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apa<\/strong> &#8212; 100 ml, pentru a dilua usor otetul, astfel incat saramura sa nu fie prea taioasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sarea de murat<\/strong> &#8212; 1 lingurita. Foloseste sare fara iod si fara antiaglomeranti, ca saramura sa ramana limpede si gustul curat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Condimentele<\/strong> &#8212; 1\/3 lingurita boabe de piper, 1\/3 lingurita seminte de fenicul, 1\/2 lingurita seminte de mustar si 1\/2 lingurita ienibahar intreg. Lasa muratura sa se aseze cateva zile inainte de a o consuma, ca sa apuce sa preia aroma condimentelor. Pastreaza borcanul inchis si foloseste mereu o lingura curata cand scoti din el, ca saramura sa ramana limpede si planta acoperita de lichid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iarba-grasa murata se potriveste de minune alanga alte preparate de sezon.
