Se prepara usor, se poate face din timp si e o varianta satioasa cand vrei un burger fara carne, dar plin de gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As putea sa mananc <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tag\/vinete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>vinete<\/strong><\/a> in fiecare zi! Imi plac la nebunie si sunt pe locul 2, dupa cartofi, in topul legumelor mele preferate. \ud83d\ude42 Le-am incercat in tot felul de retete, de la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>salate<\/strong><\/a> pana la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/paste-cu-vinete-fara-gluten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>paste<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/dhal-mancare-de-linte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>dhal<\/strong><\/a> si chiar si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-cu-vinete-marinate-la-borcan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>humus<\/strong><\/a>, iar acum a venit momentul sa ma bucur de ele si intr-un burger. Usturoiul si mixul de condimente za&#8217;atar merg de minune cu vinetele, asa ca le-am folosit si aici. Vanata adauga aroma afumata si umezeala, iar fasolea alba (o conserva de 400g, bine scursa) da consistenta si tine compozitia legata. Ceapa rosie tocata, doi catei de usturoi pisati si patrunjelul proaspat aduc prospetime, iar chimionul macinat impreuna cu doua lingurite de za&#8217;atar dau acel gust condimentat care se potriveste perfect cu vinetele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pesmetul (patru linguri) absoarbe excesul de umezeala si ajuta chiftelutele sa isi tina forma. Pentru liant, folosesc o lingura de tarate de psyllium, care se imbiba si leaga compozitia fara niciun ingredient de origine animala, deci reteta ramane vegana. Daca preferi varianta vegetariana, poti inlocui psyllium-ul cu un ou batut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum coci vanata ca sa iasa cremoasa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul unei chiftele bune pleaca de la vanata bine coapta. Taie vanata in jumatate pe lungime, aseaz-o intr-o tava, unge-o cu ulei de masline si presar-o cu putina sare si piper. Coace-o la 250C timp de aproximativ 20 de minute, pana cand pulpa devine moale si se lasa scobita usor cu o lingura. Cand vanata este bine coapta, pulpa iese cremoasa si dulceaga, iar amareala dispare complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dupa ce ai scos pulpa, pune-o in robotul de bucatarie sau in blender impreuna cu restul ingredientelor si proceseaza pana obtii o pasta. Daca nu ai robot, poti pasa totul manual cu o furculita &#8212; iese la fel de bine, doar cu putin mai mult efort. Un truc care ajuta mult: lasa compozitia la frigider 30 de minute inainte de a modela chiftelutele. Scurge bine fasolea, lasa vanata sa se raceasca putin dupa copt si nu sari peste pasul cu pesmetul. Daca simti ca aluatul e inca prea moale dupa ce l-ai racit, mai adauga o lingura de pesmet &#8212; compozitia trebuie sa se modeleze usor, fara sa se lipeasca insistent de maini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La prajire, incinge putin ulei intr-o tigaie mai mare, non-aderenta, si adauga chiftelutele una cate una. Prajeste-le usor pe ambele parti, la foc mediu, ca sa apuce sa se rumeneasca frumos si sa se gateasca si in interior. Dupa prajire, pune-le pe o farfurie acoperita cu un servet de hartie, ca sa scurga uleiul in exces. Daca vrei chiftelute mai putin grase, le poti coace si la cuptor, intoarse la jumatatea timpului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum asamblezi burgerul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aici incepe partea distractiva. Unge chiflele de burger cu maioneza vegana sau aioli vegan si, daca ai la indemana, cu putina <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/crema-de-vinete-coapte-mousse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>salata de vinete<\/strong><\/a> pentru un plus de aroma. Aseaza chifteluta calda, adauga 2-3 felii de rosie, castraveciori murati si un pumn de rucola sau salata verde. Combinatia de crocant, acrisor si cremos face burgerul echilibrat si satios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa transformi burgerul intr-o masa completa, il poti servi alaturi de o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-vara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>salata de vara<\/strong><\/a> usoara. Asa am mereu la indemana baza pentru un burger rapid, iar aromele chiar se leaga mai bine dupa o zi de stat. Compozitia se tine intr-un recipient inchis, iar chiftelutele deja prajite se pastreaza tot la frigider si se incalzesc scurt in tigaie inainte de servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alternativ, chiftelutele se pot si congela, insa recomand sa le modelezi inainte de congelare si sa le congelezi individual, in pungute de plastic, ca sa nu se lipeasca intre ele. Asa scoti exact cate ai nevoie.
