Pui conopida la fiert, o treci prin blender impreuna cu putin usturoi, fulgi de drojdie inactiva, unt si smantana, apoi o servesti calda cu toppingurile tale preferate. Este o supa-crema catifelata, hranitoare si numai buna pentru zilele in care vrei ceva cald, fara batai de cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Azi am avut pofta de o supa de conopida, asa ca am pus la treaba <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/blender-g21-perfect-smoothie-vitality\/\"><strong>blenderul meu preferat<\/strong><\/a>. Partea de preparare propriu-zisa a durat doar cateva minute &#8212; practic tot ce ai de facut e sa fierbi conopida, sa adaugi cateva ingrediente si sa blenduiesti bine de tot pana obtii o crema fina. Iata ce conteaza la fiecare dintre ele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Conopida<\/strong> &#8212; baza supei. Eu folosesc conopida congelata pentru ca e mereu la indemana si fierbe uniform, dar merge la fel de bine si conopida proaspata, desfacuta in buchetele.<\/li><li><strong>Usturoi<\/strong> &#8212; da aroma. Eu am adaugat doar un catel de usturoi, pentru o aroma subtila, insa daca preferi un gust mai puternic, foloseste 2 catei.<\/li><li><strong>Fulgi de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> &#8212; aduc o nota usor branzoasa, umami, care imbogateste gustul supei fara branza.<\/li><li><strong>Unt si smantana<\/strong> &#8212; pentru cremozitate si o textura catifelata. Ele transforma supa intr-o crema bogata.<\/li><li><strong>Sare si piper alb<\/strong> &#8212; piperul alb se topeste in culoarea deschisa a supei si condimenteaza fara puncte negre vizibile.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o prepari pas cu pas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pune conopida la fiert in apa pentru 20 de minute, apoi adauga cateii de usturoi si mai lasa-le inca 10 minute. Scurge apa intr-un vas separat, dar pastreaz-o: o vei folosi sa reglezi consistenta. Treci conopida fiarta si usturoiul prin blender pana devin piure, adauga fulgii de drojdie, untul, smantana, sarea si piperul, apoi toarna apa de fiert putin cate putin pana ajungi la consistenta dorita. Untul si smantana adauga grasime care imbraca piureul si ii da senzatia bogata, catifelata, in timp ce apa de fiert pastrata iti permite sa reglezi consistenta fara sa diluezi aroma. Daca vrei sa faci o masa intreaga din supe-crema, o poti alterna in meniu cu o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-broccoli\/\"><strong>supa-crema de broccoli<\/strong><\/a>, o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-ciuperci\/\"><strong>supa-crema de ciuperci<\/strong><\/a> sau o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-morcovi-ghimbir\/\"><strong>supa-crema de morcovi cu ghimbir<\/strong><\/a>. Un sfat de la mine: poti transforma aceasta reteta si in sos cremos pentru paste, lasand-o doar putin mai groasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supa de conopida se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile. Cand o reincalzesti, fa-o la foc mic si amesteca des &#8212; daca s-a ingrosat la rece, adauga putina apa sau lapte vegetal ca sa o readuci la consistenta cremoasa. Se preteaza si la congelare: lasa-o sa se raceasca complet, congeleaz-o in portii, iar dupa dezghetare blenduieste-o din nou cateva secunde ca sa redevina fina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci aceasta supa de conopida, mi-ar placea sa stiu cum ti-a iesit &#8212; lasa-i o nota cu stelute si scrie-mi in comentarii cu ce toppinguri ai servit-o sau daca
