Nu numai ca are un gust uimitor, dar este si plin de proteine, fara gluten si fara zahar rafinat!<\/em><\/p><p>De cand eu si Costin am inceput sa ne antrenam, am cautat modalitati creative de a adauga mai multe proteine in dieta noastra si ce modalitate mai buna de a ne bucura de un aport de proteine decat cu o gustare delicioasa si dulce!<\/p><p>Eu nu sunt un mare fan al <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/terci-de-ovaz-la-cuptor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">terciului de ovaz<\/a>, sotul il mananca in mod regulat, dar imi place sa folosesc <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-budinca-de-ovaz-facuta-la-rece-pentru-mic-dejun-rapid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ovaz in deserturi<\/a>. Asa mi-a venit ideea de a coace aceste negrese proteice cu fulgi de ovaz, care sunt si sanatoase si hranitoare. Pentru a ma asigura ca reteta are suficiente proteine, am adaugat doua oua si doua cupe de pudra proteica din zer. Cred ca aceste brownies proteice pot fi facute si vegane daca sariti peste oua, desi poate fi necesar sa adaugati putin lapte de migdale la amestec. Pentru a face negresele extra hranitoare, am adaugat si doua cani de ovaz si o ceasca de visine fara samburi pentru o aroma aparte.<\/p><p>Reteta este super simpla. Tot ce trebuie sa faceti este sa amestecati toate ingredientele intr-un robot de bucatarie, apoi sa turnati totul in tava si sa coaceti.
