Se coc la 180C timp de 25-30 de minute si combina gustul dulce-acrisor al visinelor cu ciocolata, oferind un aport bun de proteine fara zahar rafinat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De cand eu si Costin am inceput sa ne antrenam, am cautat tot timpul modalitati creative de a adauga mai multe proteine in dieta noastra. Si ce mod mai bun de a face asta decat printr-o gustare dulce si delicioasa, care sa nu ne dea senzatia ca ne abtinem de la nimic?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu sunt un mare fan al terciului de ovaz simplu, dar imi place sa folosesc ovazul in deserturi. Asa mi-a venit ideea acestor negrese proteice cu fulgi de ovaz si visine. foloseste 3 banane mari, cat mai coapte, cu coaja patata. Cu cat sunt mai coapte, cu atat sunt mai dulci si mai usor de pasat, asa ca aluatul iese dulce fara zahar adaugat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cacao pudra<\/strong> &#8212; cele 6 linguri de cacao dau culoarea inchisa si gustul intens de ciocolata. Foloseste cacao pura, neindulcita, pentru a pastra reteta fara zahar adaugat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oua<\/strong> &#8212; cele 2 oua leaga aluatul si adauga proteine. Datorita lor, reteta nu este vegana, ci vegetariana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pudra proteica din zer<\/strong> &#8212; cele 2 cupe de pudra proteica din zer (whey) cresc aportul de proteine. Eu am folosit o pudra cu gust neutru sau de ciocolata, care se potriveste foarte bine cu cacao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ovaz<\/strong> &#8212; cele 2 cani de ovaz inlocuiesc faina si aduc fibre si o textura densa. Ovazul se macina direct in robotul de bucatarie impreuna cu celelalte ingrediente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Visine fara samburi<\/strong> &#8212; foloseste visine decongelate si bine scurse. Nota lor acrisoara echilibreaza dulceata bananelor si gustul intens de cacao. Datorita visinelor si a continutului ridicat de umiditate, se pastreaza cel mai bine la rece. Poti sa le si congelezi: taie-le in portii, aseaza-le intr-un recipient si tine-le la congelator pana la o luna, apoi lasa-le sa se decongeleze la temperatura camerei inainte de servire. Sunt perfecte de pregatit in avans pentru pachetul de la birou sau pentru o gustare rapida intre antrenamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac deserturile cu visine, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/prajitura-fara-gluten-cu-visine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prajitura fara gluten cu visine<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-vegan-cu-visine-si-ciocolata\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tortul vegan cu visine si ciocolata<\/a>.
