Nu am vrut insa nimic prea bogat in calorii sau plin de zahar. Negresele mele proteice cu ovaz din ziua precedenta fusesera extraordinare, asa ca am decis sa modific putin reteta si sa incerc o alta aroma. Asa a luat nastere reteta mea de brownie de ciocolata cu fulgi de ovaz cu unt de arahide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place cat de versatila este aceasta reteta de brownie cu ovaz. Odata ce stapanesti baza, poti experimenta cate arome si ingrediente vrei. Bananele coapte dau dulceata naturala, ovazul aduce textura aceea mestecata si densa, iar pudra de proteine din zer transforma un desert obisnuit intr-o gustare care chiar te tine satul. Alege banane cu coaja patata maro intens, aproape negre: sunt cele mai dulci si cele mai usor de pasat. Bananele inca verzui au amidonul neconvertit in zahar si vor lasa brownies-ul fad si cleios. Cele trei banane mari aduc atat dulceata, cat si umiditatea care tine aluatul moale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ovaz<\/strong> &#8211; cele 160 g de ovaz dau structura si textura mestecata. Daca vrei un brownie mai dens, foloseste fulgi mari; daca il preferi mai fin, da o tura scurta ovazului in robot inainte sa adaugi restul ingredientelor, ca sa obtii o faina de ovaz omogena. Verifica eticheta daca tii cont de gluten, pentru ca ovazul se contamineaza frecvent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pudra de cacao<\/strong> &#8211; cele 6 linguri dau gustul intens de ciocolata. Alege cacao naturala neindulcita, fara zahar adaugat, ca sa pastrezi desertul curat. O cacao de calitate, inchisa la culoare si aromata, face diferenta intre un brownie banal si unul cu gust adevarat de ciocolata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pudra proteica de zer<\/strong> &#8211; cele doua cupe sunt cele care transforma reteta intr-o gustare proteica. O pudra cu aroma de ciocolata sau vanilie se potriveste cel mai bine aici. Tine cont ca proteina din zer poate usca aluatul, asa ca nu sari peste banane si peste untul de arahide, care aduc umiditatea de echilibru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Unt de arahide<\/strong> &#8211; cele 3 linguri leaga aluatul si aduc o aroma rotunda, usor sarata, care taie din dulceata. Alege un unt de arahide cu o singura componenta, doar arahide macinate, fara zahar sau ulei de palmier adaugat. Daca este foarte tare, amesteca-l putin sau incalzeste-l cateva secunde ca sa se incorporeze usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oua<\/strong> &#8211; cele doua oua leaga aluatul si ajuta brownies-ul sa creasca putin si sa ramana ferm dupa coacere. Foloseste-le la temperatura camerei ca sa se incorporeze uniform in restul ingredientelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bicarbonat de sodiu<\/strong> &#8211; jumatatea de lingurita ajuta aluatul sa se aeriseasca usor la copt, ca sa nu iasa brownies-ul prea compact. Asigura-te ca este proaspat, pentru ca un bicarbonat vechi isi pierde puterea de afanare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Banuti de ciocolata<\/strong> &#8211; cei 6 banuti se aseaza deasupra, cate unul peste fiecare brownie, si se topesc usor la copt intr-un strat lucios de ciocolata. Un amestec uniform inseamna brownies care se coc uniform.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Niveleaza bine aluatul in tava.<\/strong> Aluatul este destul de gros, asa ca intinde-l si netezeste-l cu o spatula pana ajunge la o grosime egala, altfel marginile se vor coace mai repede decat centrul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Testeaza cu scobitoarea.<\/strong> Sunt gata cand o scobitoare infipta in centru iese curata, dupa 25-30 de minute. Daca iese cu aluat crud, mai lasa-le cateva minute si verifica din nou.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu le taia fierbinti.<\/strong> Lasa-le sa se raceasca cateva minute in tava inainte de a le portiona. Calde, sunt prea moi si se sfarama; pe masura ce se racesc, se aseaza si se taie curat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Atentie sa nu le usuci.<\/strong> Pudra de proteine si ovazul absorb umiditatea, asa ca daca le lasi prea mult la cuptor devin uscate. Scoate-le imediat ce scobitoarea iese curata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Schimba aroma de proteina.<\/strong> Reteta este foarte versatila: o pudra de vanilie, de cookies sau de caramel salin schimba complet caracterul brownies-ului, pastrand baza intacta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inlocuieste untul de arahide.<\/strong> Daca preferi alta aroma sau ai o alergie, foloseste unt de migdale, de caju sau tahini. Frigiderul ii face si mai densi si mai mestecati, perfecti pentru gustarile rapide din timpul saptamanii.
