Cu orez pentru sushi, foi de alge Nori si legume proaspete la alegere, obtii rulouri colorate, sanatoase si complet pe baza de plante, perfecte pentru pranz sau cina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am avut in sfarsit curaj sa fac sushi vegan acasa si a fost, spre surprinderea mea, mult mai usor decat ma asteptam! Orezul special pentru sushi si foile de alge Nori sunt ingredientele esentiale, in rest reteta este destul de flexibila si poti folosi orice legume ai prin frigider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nici macar nu am avut un covoras special pentru sushi, asa ca am improvizat si am folosit un servet de masa &#8212; si a functionat foarte bine! Orezul pentru sushi are mai mult amidon, ceea ce ii permite sa se lipeasca si sa mentina forma rulourilor. Clateste-l bine in mai multe ape inainte de fierbere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Foi de alge Nori<\/strong> &#8212; Foile de alge Nori sunt coaja exterioara a rulourilor de sushi. Le gasesti in magazinele de produse asiatice sau online. Pune foaia cu partea mai abraziva (rugoasa) in sus atunci cand intinzi orezul &#8212; aderenta este mai buna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otet din orez<\/strong> &#8212; Amestecul de otet din orez, zahar si sare este cel care da orezului de sushi acel gust usor acrisor si aromat specific. Nu sari peste acest pas &#8212; face toata diferenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legumele (castravete, ardei gras, morcov, avocado, salata, rosie)<\/strong> &#8212; Taie legumele in fasii subtiri si lungi pentru a putea fi rulate usor. Avocado copt adauga o textura cremoasa minunata. Alege legumele pe care le preferi sau pe care le ai disponibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sos de soia sau tamari<\/strong> &#8212; Serveste rulourile cu sos de soia pentru dipping. Daca ai intoleranta la gluten, alege sosul tamari, care este produs fara grau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de susan (optional)<\/strong> &#8212; Poti adauga cateva picaturi de ulei de susan in sosul de soia pentru un plus de aroma orientala. Daca ai rulouri ramase, inveleste-le strans in folie de plastic si pastreaza-le la frigider maximum 24 de ore &#8212; dupa aceea foaia Nori devine moale si orezul se intareste. Nu congela rulourile de sushi, deoarece textura orezului se degradeaza iremediabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru preparare in avans, poti fierbe si condimenta orezul cu o zi inainte si il poti pastra la frigider acoperit. Taie legumele si pregateste totul chiar inainte de servire pentru rezultate optime. Daca pregatesti sushi pentru o petrecere, ruleaza si taie rulourile cu maximum 1-2 ore inainte si acopera platoul cu folie de plastic pana la servire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca
