Asta inseamna ca la 1 cana de orez pentru sushi veti folosi 2 cani cu apa. Atunci cand apa da in clocot, lasati orezul sa mai fiarba doar vreo 10 minute si opriti focul. Acoperiti oala cu un capac si lasati-l sa se umfle.
