Nu aveti nevoie de mixuri pentru clatite, cu doar cateva ingrediente reteta este gata in mai putin de jumatate de ora.<\/p><p>Aceste clatite americane nu au nevoie de oua sau lapte ca sa iasa pufoase, fiind perfecte pentru cei cu diverse intolerante si alergii alimentare, precum cele la ou si lactoza. De asemenea, sunt chiar sanatoasa! Simplu! Iei o banana foarte coapta, o bagi in blender sau o faci piure cu o furculita si o adaugi in aluat. Ca idee, ai nevoie de 1\/4 cana cu piure de banane pentru a inlocui un ou mediu.
