Se prepara la blender din banane foarte coapte, lapte de soia, faina, bicarbonat, seminte de chia si cacao, fara oua si fara mixuri gata facute. Ies pufoase, cu o aroma puternica de ciocolata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu nu arunc niciodata bananele care se innegresc &#8212; atunci sunt exact bune pentru deserturi. Cu cat coaja e mai patata, cu atat banana e mai dulce si mai aromata, asa ca pe acelea le pastrez special pentru clatite si prajituri. Am mai pus banane in clatite si inainte, dar de data asta am vrut o varianta si mai simpla, cu cat mai putine ingrediente si cu un gust intens de cacao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un lucru pe care l-am invatat pe parcurs: de obicei, pe langa banane se mai adauga si praf de copt sau bicarbonat de sodiu, ca sa ajute compozitia sa creasca, asa cum fac in mod normal ouale intr-o reteta clasica. La aceasta varianta vegana, bicarbonatul plus chia preiau exact acel rol. Alege banane cu coaja patata, chiar innegrita: cu cat sunt mai coapte, cu atat amidonul s-a transformat in zaharuri si gustul e mai dulce si mai aromat. Bananele inca verzui dau un gust fad si o textura lipicioasa, asa ca nu te grabi cu ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte de soia (sau orice lapte vegetal)<\/strong> &#8212; subtiaza compozitia pana la consistenta potrivita. Laptele de soia are ceva mai multe proteine si ajuta clatitele sa fie mai consistente, dar merge si lapte de ovaz, de migdale sau de cocos. Daca folosesti unul mai apos, poti adauga putin mai putin ca sa nu lasi compozitia prea lichida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina (orice tip)<\/strong> &#8212; da structura clatitelor. Eu am folosit faina fara gluten, ca sa fie reteta potrivita si pentru cei care nu tolereaza glutenul. Merge la fel de bine faina alba obisnuita sau integrala; daca alegi una integrala, compozitia va fi putin mai densa si poate cere un strop in plus de lapte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bicarbonat de sodiu<\/strong> &#8212; este agentul de crestere. De obicei, pe langa banane se mai adauga praf de copt sau bicarbonat ca sa ajute compozitia sa creasca, asa cum fac in mod normal ouale. Aciditatea usoara a bananelor il activeaza, asa ca clatitele ies pufoase. Foloseste exact cantitatea din reteta: prea mult lasa un gust metalic, neplacut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seminte de chia<\/strong> &#8212; absorb lichidul si formeaza un gel care leaga compozitia, exact rolul pe care il are oul. Tot ele dau o textura putin mai consistenta clatitelor. Daca le lasi cateva minute in compozitie inainte sa prajesti, gelul apuca sa se formeze si clatitele se tin mai bine la intors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cacao<\/strong> &#8212; da aroma intensa de ciocolata cu doar o lingura. Alege cacao naturala, neindulcita, de calitate, ca sa simti gustul real de ciocolata si nu doar zahar. O cacao buna are o culoare inchisa si un miros puternic; cea ieftina si palida da o aroma slaba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tinteste consistenta de iaurt gros.<\/strong> Cand scoti polonicul, compozitia trebuie sa curga lent, nu sa cada ca apa. Daca e prea groasa, mai pune putin lapte; daca e prea subtire, un pic de faina sau cateva minute de odihna ca sa lege chia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prajeste pe foc mic spre mediu.<\/strong> Pe flacara prea mare, clatitele se ard la exterior si raman crude in mijloc. Mai ales aici, cacaoa face greu de vazut cand e gata, asa ca focul potolit e cheia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intoarce clatita doar cand apar bulele.<\/strong> Cand la suprafata se formeaza mici bule care raman deschise, asta e semnul ca partea de jos s-a prajit si poti intoarce in siguranta cu spatula. Cocosul aduce o aroma usor dulceaga care merge superb cu cacaoa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara gluten sau cu gluten:<\/strong> reteta merge cu faina fara gluten (cum am folosit eu), dar si cu faina alba sau integrala obisnuita, daca nu ai nevoie de varianta fara gluten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai dulce sau mai intens:<\/strong> daca iti plac mai dulci, adauga putin sirop de artar sau de agave in compozitie; pentru un gust si mai puternic, mareste cacaoa la o lingura cu varf sau presara fulgi de ciocolata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara cacao:<\/strong> scoate cacaoa si ai clatite americane simple cu banane, sau inlocuieste-o cu pudra de roscove pentru o varianta fara cofeina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clatitele sunt cele mai bune calde, proaspat luate din tigaie, dar se pastreaza bine si la frigider 2-3 zile, intr-un recipient inchis. Le incalzesti cateva secunde in tigaie sau la cuptor ca sa-si recapete pufoseni. Poti sa le si congelezi: aseaza-le in strat, cu o foaie de hartie de copt intre ele, si le scoti la nevoie direct in tigaie sau toaster. Compozitia in schimb e cel mai bine sa o prajesti imediat, pentru ca bicarbonatul isi pierde din putere daca sta prea mult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac clatitele in toate formele, mai incearca si aceste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-pufoase-vegane-fara-gluten\/\">clatite pufoase vegane si fara gluten<\/a> sau varianta perfecta pentru zilele de post, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-de-post\/\">clatite de post<\/a>.
