Deasupra torn un sos cremos de avocado cu lime. Sunt atat de incantata de cum mi-a iesit aceasta reteta de enchiladas vegane incat de abia astept sa testez si alte retete cu specific mexican, precum burritos sau tacos! Mie mi-a placut la nebunie, iar combinatia de fasole neagra, quinoa si sos de avocado a devenit una dintre preferatele mele cand vreau ceva consistent si plin de arome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta originala foloseste chiar si 5 tipuri de ardei iuti pentru sos, insa eu am facut-o in varianta mai soft, care sa nu iti arda papilele gustative. Nu am folosit 5 tipuri de chili, ci am adaugat putin praf de chili doar pentru a-i da o iuteala usoara. Asa ca, daca nu esti fan al mancarurilor foarte iuti, aceasta versiune este exact pentru tine &#8212; ai controlul deplin asupra intensitatii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele si de ce conteaza fiecare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frumusetea acestei retete sta in faptul ca umplutura este construita pe ingrediente simple, la conserva sau usor de gasit. Iata ce vei folosi si de ce:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fasolea neagra<\/strong> &#8212; baza umpluturii, aduce proteine si textura. Scurge-o bine si clateste-o pentru a indeparta lichidul din conserva.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quinoa fiarta<\/strong> &#8212; adauga corp si un plus de proteine, facand enchiladas mult mai satioase decat versiunile clasice cu doar fasole.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Porumbul<\/strong> &#8212; da o nota dulce care echilibreaza iuteala si aciditatea sosului de rosii.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Passata \/ piureul de rosii<\/strong> &#8212; formeaza sosul care acopera lipiile. Cele 800 g asigura ca fiecare enchilada este bine imbibata, ca sa nu ramana uscata la coacere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Branza vegana rasa<\/strong> &#8212; se topeste deasupra si leaga totul; alege una care se topeste bine pentru un aspect apetisant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avocado si lime<\/strong> &#8212; baza sosului cremos de deasupra, care raceste iuteala si adauga o textura catifelata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paprika dulce, boia iute \/ pudra de chili<\/strong> &#8212; aici stabilesti tu nivelul de iuteala. Adauga paprika dulce ca baza aromata, apoi pune boia iute sau pudra de chili putin cate putin, gustand pe parcurs. Este mult mai usor sa mai adaugi iuteala decat sa o scoti dintr-un sos deja prea picant. Daca gatesti pentru copii sau pentru cineva sensibil la iute, poti sari complet peste chili si te bazezi doar pe paprika dulce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un alt detaliu: daca vrei sa folosesti coriandru proaspat, il poti adauga in umplutura sau peste sosul de avocado. Eu nu il suport, asa ca reteta mea este fara, dar stiu ca multi il iubesc in mancarea mexicana. Este complet optional si nu schimba structura retetei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce functioneaza aceasta metoda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Calirea cepei si a usturoiului la inceput, inainte de a adauga restul ingredientelor, elibereaza aromele si le da o dulceata blanda care sustine intreaga umplutura. Coacerea lipiilor acoperite din belsug cu sos de rosii este pasul cheie: umezeala din sos patrunde in tortilla si o inmoaie, astfel incat enchiladas raman fragede, nu uscate. De aceea nu economisi la sos &#8212; cele 800 g de passata au un rol structural, nu doar de gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sosul de avocado se adauga la final, dupa coacere, tocmai pentru ca este crud si racoritor. Contrastul dintre enchiladas calde si picante si sosul rece si cremos de avocado este ceea ce face acest fel de mancare atat de placut. Le poti reincalzi in cuptor la 180C, acoperite cu folie, ca sa nu se usuce, sau la microunde daca te grabesti. Sfatul meu: pastreaza sosul de avocado separat si adauga-l abia la servire, pentru ca avocado se oxideaza si isi schimba culoarea daca sta prea mult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Umplutura de fasole si quinoa se poate pregati si cu o zi inainte, iar enchiladas se pot asambla si tine la frigider gata de bagat la cuptor. Daca esti in cautare de mese rapide de zi cu zi, arunca o privire si peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-rapide\/\">retetele vegane rapide<\/a> sau peste ideile de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-ieftine\/\">retete vegane ieftine<\/a>, potrivite cand gatesti cu buget mic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca incerci aceste enchiladas vegane, mi-ar placea sa stiu cat de iuti le-ai facut si daca ai pus sau nu coriandru!
