Se spune ca reteta originala dateaza din secolul al XVII-lea, fiind creata de bucatarul Fran\u00e7ois Massialot la curtea regala a lui Ludovic al XIV-lea.<\/p><p>Reteta originala consta intr-un amestec de oua, lapte, smantana si zahar, care este incalzit si amestecat continuu pana cand zaharul se topeste si caramelizaza.
