Obtii patru arome diferite dintr-o singura sarja, fara sa stai langa aragaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iubesc clatitele, insa mereu dureaza mult prea mult sa le fac, bucata cu bucata, apoi sa am grija sa pregatesc si toppinguri sau umpluturi diferite pentru mine si sot. \ud83d\ude0a Asa s-a nascut reteta asta: din pura comoditate. Mi-am dorit o varianta care sa reduca la maximum timpul petrecut in fata tigaii, asa ca am mutat tot procesul la cuptor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu am ales patru arome diferite, cu banana, fructe de padure, crema de branza si ciocolata, fiindca asa multumesc pe toata lumea dintr-o singura tava. Frumusetea metodei e ca fiecare colt al tavii poate fi altceva, fara nicio bataie de cap in plus. Daca pui doar faina integrala, aluatul iese mai dens si mai greu, asa ca amestecul celor doua e echilibrul bun. Cand cumperi faina integrala, verifica sa fie macinata recent, fiindca tarata se ranceste in timp si da un gust amarui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele batut<\/strong> &#8211; aciditatea lui e cea care reactioneaza cu bicarbonatul de sodiu si face aluatul sa creasca si sa fie pufos. Daca nu gasesti lapte batut, il poti improviza adaugand o lingura de zeama de lamaie sau otet intr-o cana de lapte si lasandu-l 5-10 minute sa se branzeasca usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt si bicarbonatul de sodiu<\/strong> &#8211; lucreaza impreuna: bicarbonatul reactioneaza imediat cu aciditatea laptelui batut, iar praful de copt da o a doua crestere la caldura cuptorului. Verifica termenul de valabilitate, fiindca bicarbonatul vechi isi pierde puterea si clatitele ies plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale<\/strong> &#8211; leaga aluatul si ii dau structura. E ideal sa le folosesti la temperatura camerei, fiindca se incorporeaza mai uniform in amestecul lichid decat cele scoase direct din frigider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul topit<\/strong> &#8211; aduce gust si o textura frageda. Las-o sa se racoreasca putin inainte sa-l torni, ca sa nu coaguleze ouale din amestecul lichid la contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Crema de branza<\/strong> &#8211; o amesteci cu o lingura de zahar si o pui in pete pe aluat, ca sa obtii buzunare cremoase, usor acrisoare. E important sa fie la temperatura camerei, altfel ramane tare si nu se intinde cu varful cutitului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Banana, zmeura, afinele si chipsurile de ciocolata<\/strong> &#8211; astea sunt cele patru arome care impart tava. O banana mica taiata felii, zmeura si afinele aduc prospetime si umezeala, iar ciocolata se topeste in buzunare dulci. Alege o banana coapta, cu pete pe coaja, fiindca e mai dulce si mai aromata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Siropul de artar<\/strong> &#8211; intra si in aluat, si deasupra la final. Cauta sirop de artar pur, nu sirop de aromatizat cu glucoza, fiindca diferenta de gust e considerabila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nu amesteca aluatul prea mult.<\/strong> E ok daca raman cateva cocoloase.
