Iese intr-un singur strat pe tava, in aproximativ 20-25 de minute, si se serveste cald cu parmezan extra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca esti in cautare de noi retete cu conopida, iti recomand din toata inima aceasta reteta de popcorn de conopida. Pentru mine, secretul sta in felul in care tai legumele: imi plac buchetelele cat mai mici, pentru ca asa fiecare bucatica se acopera bine cu pudra aromata si se face crocanta pe margini, nu doar moale la mijloc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inainte sa pun conopida in bol cu uleiul de masline, ma asigur intotdeauna ca buchetelele sunt bine uscate. E un detaliu mic, dar care face toata diferenta intre o conopida care se rumeneste frumos si una care se aburizeaza in propria umezeala. o conopida, ulei de masline si cateva lucruri din camara, fara cumparaturi complicate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Crocanta pe dinafara, frageda inauntru<\/strong> &#8212; coacerea la temperatura mare rumeneste marginile si pastreaza miezul moale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Are gust de umami<\/strong> &#8212; combinatia de parmezan si fulgi de drojdie inactiva da o aroma adanca, salata, care chiar aminteste de snack-uri savuroase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E usor de adaptat vegan<\/strong> &#8212; inlocuiesti parmezanul cu branza vegana si reteta ramane la fel de gustoasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se prepara intr-un singur bol si o tava<\/strong> &#8212; Cauta o capatana compacta, grea pentru marimea ei, cu florile stranse si albe, fara pete maronii sau zone moi. Frunzele verzi si crude din jur sunt un semn bun de prospetime. O conopida medie, desfacuta in buchetele mici si egale, se coace uniform; daca lasi unele bucati mari si altele mici, cele mici se ard inainte ca cele mari sa fie gata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de masline<\/strong> are doua roluri: ajuta pudra sa se lipeasca de conopida si conduce caldura, ca buchetelele sa se rumeneasca in loc sa se usuce. Cele 3 linguri sunt suficiente cat sa imbraci toata conopida intr-un strat subtire, fara sa o ineci. Amesteca bine, ca fiecare bucatica sa luceasca usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Semintele de susan<\/strong> se macina in robot impreuna cu restul ingredientelor pentru aroma si dau pudrei un gust usor de alune si o textura fina. Daca le prajesti scurt in tigaie uscata, inainte sa le macini, aroma lor de nuca iese si mai bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parmezanul ras<\/strong> este coloana vertebrala a aromei: se topeste la coacere, leaga pudra de conopida si formeaza acea crusta savuroasa. Pentru cel mai bun gust, alege o bucata pe care o razi tu, nu parmezanul pre-ras din pungi, care contine adesea agenti anti-aglomerare ce nu se topesc la fel. Pentru varianta vegana, il inlocuiesti cu branza vegana rasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgii de drojdie inactiva<\/strong> aduc acel gust de umami, usor branzos, care face gustarea sa para mai bogata decat este. Ei intaresc aroma parmezanului si sunt cei care duc reteta spre varianta vegana cand renunti la branza clasica. Pastreaza-i intr-un borcan inchis, ferit de umezeala, ca sa nu se aglomereze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sarea si piperul negru<\/strong> echilibreaza totul. Sarea scoate la iveala dulceata naturala a conopidei coapte, iar piperul macinat proaspat da un strop de caldura. Macina pudra impreuna cu acestea in robot, ca aromele sa se distribuie uniform pe fiecare buchetel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Usuca bine conopida inainte de a o unge cu ulei.<\/strong> Apa ramasa pe buchetele se transforma in abur la cuptor si fierbe conopida in loc sa o rumeneasca. Daca ai spalat-o, tampon-o bine cu un prosop curat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intinde conopida intr-un singur strat, fara sa aglomerezi tava.<\/strong> Buchetelele inghesuite se ating, retin aburul si raman moi. Fulgii de drojdie inactiva sunt deja vegani si dau gustul branzos, asa ca rezultatul ramane savuros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara susan:<\/strong> daca nu ai seminte de susan sau vrei sa eviti alergenul, le poti lasa afara; pudra va fi putin mai putin cremoasa, dar reteta functioneaza.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Versiune picanta:<\/strong> adauga un varf de boia iute sau de fulgi de ardei iute in pudra, daca iti place o gustare cu mai mult caracter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte arome:<\/strong> un strop de usturoi granulat sau de boia dulce in robot, alaturi de restul ingredientelor, schimba complet profilul aromei fara sa complice reteta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Popcornul de conopida e la cel mai bun moment al lui imediat dupa coacere, cat e cald si crocant. Daca ramane, il pastrezi intr-un recipient inchis la frigider 2-3 zile. Reincalzeste-l in cuptor sau in air fryer cateva minute, ca sa-si recapete crocantul &#8212; la microunde se inmoaie si isi pierde textura. Pudra de aroma o poti pregati din timp si o tii intr-un borcan inchis cateva zile, asa ca ramane doar sa amesteci cu conopida si sa coci cand ai pofta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-a placut, arunca o privire si peste alte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-conopida\/\">retete cu conopida<\/a> de pe blog.
