Ai nevoie de una intreaga pentru aluat, plus o jumatate feliata pentru topping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale<\/strong> leaga aluatul si dau structura clatitelor, ceea ce este important cand lucrezi cu faina de cocos, care nu contine gluten. Reteta foloseste 2 oua mici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina de cocos<\/strong> este ingredientul vedeta. Este foarte absorbanta, asa ca ai nevoie de o cantitate mica &#8212; doar 3 linguri. Alege o faina de cocos de calitate, de preferat organica si fara aditivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt<\/strong> ajuta clatitele sa creasca putin si sa fie mai pufoase. folosi zmeura, capsuni taiate bucati sau bucatele de banana suplimentare pentru un gust mai dulce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Topping diferit:<\/strong> peste toppingul tropical poti adauga iaurt, nuci sau seminte pentru un plus de textura si proteine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mai aromat:<\/strong> adauga putina scortisoara in aluat pentru o nota calda, alaturi de
