Sunt neobisnuite intr-o salata rece, insa adauga o textura foarte interesanta, iar secretul e simplu, se taie in jumatate inainte de fierbere ca sa fie usor de amestecat si de servit. Eu am folosit spaghete fara gluten din porumb pentru aceasta reteta, dar fie ca alegi spaghete clasice sau variante alternative, respectand sfaturile de gatire vei obtine intotdeauna un rezultat delicios si o textura perfecta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente iti trebuie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frumusetea acestei salate sta in echilibrul dintre paste, legume proaspete si un dressing aromat. Iata la ce sa fii atenta cand alegi ingredientele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Spaghete (200 g)<\/strong> &#8212; baza salatei. Iata ce conteaza cel mai mult:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Fierbe pastele al dente.<\/strong> Pastele prea moi se transforma intr-o pasta cand le amesteci cu dressingul. Un minut mai putin decat scrie pe ambalaj este ideal pentru o salata rece.<\/li><li><strong>Raceste-le repede.<\/strong> Dupa fierbere, clateste spaghetele cu apa rece ca sa opresti gatirea si sa scapi de amidonul care le-ar lipi.<\/li><li><strong>Pregateste dressingul in borcan.<\/strong> Pune toate ingredientele intr-un borcan cu capac, agita puternic pana devine omogen si tine-l la frigider cat asamblezi restul. Este cea mai rapida metoda de a emulsiona uleiul cu otetul.<\/li><li><strong>Opareste sparanghelul doar 2 minute.<\/strong> Atat ii trebuie ca sa ramana crocant si de un verde viu; apoi taie-l in bucati de 2-3 cm.<\/li><li><strong>Lasa salata sa se odihneasca.<\/strong> 5-10 minute inainte de servire sunt suficiente ca aromele sa se imbine si dressingul sa patrunda in paste.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dressingul care leaga totul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dressingul este sufletul acestei salate. Combinatia de ulei de masline si otet de mere nefiltrat da aciditatea proaspata, in timp ce parmezanul ras si usturoiul pisat adauga profunzime, iar busuiocul si oreganoul uscat aduc parfumul mediteraneean. Lingurita de sirop de artar nu face salata dulce, ci doar rotunjeste aciditatea otetului si echilibreaza gustul sarat al maslinelor. Fierbe-le cu atentie, pentru ca variantele fara gluten se inmoaie mai repede.<\/li><li><strong>Versiunea vegana:<\/strong> inlocuieste parmezanul cu parmezan vegetal sau cu putin drojdie inactiva (fulgi nutritionali) pentru acelasi gust savuros, iar restul ingredientelor sunt deja pe baza de plante.<\/li><li><strong>Mai multe legume:<\/strong> castraveti, ardei gras sau porumb dulce se potrivesc de minune si aduc culoare in plus.<\/li><li><strong>Un plus de proteine:<\/strong> naut fiert, fasole sau cuburi de tofu marinat transforma salata intr-o masa completa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o servesti si cat se pastreaza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salata cu spaghete se serveste rece si este perfecta ca fel principal usor sau ca garnitura la un gratar de vara. Se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 2-3 zile, ceea ce o face ideala pentru pranzul de la birou sau pentru picnic.
