Il folosesc adesea in deserturi si mai ales la dulceturi. Zilele astea am avut pofta de un cobbler de piersici cu inghetata, insa piersicile mele se vor coace abia la final de Iulie, asa ca pana atunci am cumparat rapid cateva piersici ca sa fac aceasta reteta care pe cat e de simpla, pe atat e de delicioasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca urmaresti reteta de baza, poti varia cu alte fructe sau arome. Alege piersici coapte si parfumate, care cedeaza usor la apasare, dar nu sunt moi de tot. Gusta mereu fructele inainte de a adauga zaharul si ajusteaza cantitatea in functie de cat de dulci sunt. Piersicile foarte dulci cer mai putin zahar, iar cele mai acrisoare cer ceva mai mult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul de cocos sau zaharul brun<\/strong> aduce o nota caramelizata, mai calda decat zaharul alb, care merge minunat cu piersicile. O parte din el fierbe impreuna cu fructele si formeaza un sirop, iar restul intra in aluat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina alba si praful de copt<\/strong> dau structura aluatului. Praful de copt este cel care face aluatul sa creasca peste fructe in timpul coacerii, asa ca verifica sa fie proaspat; daca a stat mult deschis isi pierde din putere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgii de ovaz<\/strong> adauga textura si o nota rustica crustei. Sunt doar doua linguri, dar fac diferenta intre un aluat plat si unul cu putin caracter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul topit<\/strong> se pune pe fundul tavii, sub piersici. Daca torni si tot siropul, aluatul ramane crud la mijloc si nu se mai rumeneste cum trebuie.<\/li><li><strong>Nu amesteca aluatul peste fructe.<\/strong> Toarna aluatul moale pe toata suprafata, dar lasa-l asa. Cobblerul are nevoie sa ramana in straturi: fructe jos, aluat deasupra. La coacere se separa singur frumos.<\/li><li><strong>Lasa amestecul de piersici sa se raceasca putin<\/strong> dupa ce stingi focul, ca in reteta. Daca torni aluatul peste fructe fierbinti, praful de copt incepe sa reactioneze prea devreme.<\/li><li><strong>Stii ca e gata cand<\/strong> aluatul e auriu pe deasupra si ferm la atingere, iar pe margini vezi sirop care fierbe usor. Daca centrul inca tremura, mai lasa cateva minute.<\/li><li><strong>Gusta fructele inainte de zahar.<\/strong> Acesta e cel mai usor mod de a nu obtine un desert nici prea dulce, nici fad.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o poti adapta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa incerci o varianta noua si delicioasa a cobblerului de piersici, iti recomand sa folosesti si alte fructe care iti plac, cum ar fi caisele, ciresele, zmeura, afinele sau murele, proaspete sau congelate. Daca folosesti fructe congelate, nu e nevoie sa le dezgheti, doar mareste putin timpul de fierbere pe aragaz pana se inmoaie. Ce ramane se pastreaza la frigider, acoperit, 2-3 zile. Reincalzeste-l in cuptor cateva minute ca sa-si recapete crusta; la microunde se inmoaie. Aluatul se poate amesteca si fructele se pot fierbe cu cateva ore inainte, dar asambleaza si coace cobblerul chiar inainte de servire, ca sa nu se inmoaie crusta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac deserturile cu piersici, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/prajitura-cu-piersici\/\">prajitura cu piersici<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-cu-piersici-de-post\/\">checul cu piersici de post<\/a>. Iar daca vrei sa ramai la cobbler, dar cu alt fruct, ai si reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cobbler-de-pere\/\">cobbler de pere<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
