Aceasta reteta ofera patru variante de topping &#8212; ciuperci, spanac, legume si branza &#8212; ideale pentru petreceri, brunch sau gustari rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bine ai venit in lumea mini quiche-urilor! Am inceput sa fac aceasta reteta pentru un potluck la care trebuia sa aduc ceva aspectuos si usor de mancat fara tacamuri. De atunci, mini quiche-urile au devenit aperitivul meu de baza ori de cate ori am musafiri sau vreau sa pregatesc ceva special pentru brunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cel mai tare lucru? Blatul de baza si umplutura lichida raman aceleasi indiferent de topping &#8212; asa ca poti pregati toate cele patru variante dintr-o singura sedinta de gatit. ciuperci, spanac, legume si branza, asa ca ai ceva pentru fiecare gust la masa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O singura baza lichida<\/strong> &#8212; aceeasi compozitie de oua si cr\u00e8me fraiche merge pentru toate cele patru variante, deci nu complici lucrurile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Crusta simpla din foaie de placinta cumparata<\/strong> &#8212; tai cercuri, le pui in forma de briose si gata, fara sa framanti aluat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se pot servi calde sau reci<\/strong> &#8212; perfecte de pregatit cu o zi inainte si scoase direct din frigider la petrecere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Portii individuale<\/strong> &#8212; Sunt baza intregii retete. Folosesti 2 foi si tai 24 de cercuri cu ajutorul unui pahar sau al unei forme de patiserie. Cercurile trebuie sa fie cu 2-3 cm mai largi decat fundul formei de briose, ca sa urce si pe laterale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oua<\/strong> &#8212; Cele 4 oua formeaza structura umpluturii lichide. Le amesteci in blender impreuna cu cr\u00e8me fraiche-ul si condimentele, obtinand o compozitie cremoasa care se coace uniform in fiecare mini quiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/strong> &#8212; O cana de cr\u00e8me fraiche da umpluturii o textura bogata si o aroma usor acidulata, specifica quiche-urilor frantuzesti. Daca nu gasesti cr\u00e8me fraiche, citeste sectiunea de substitutii de mai jos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nucsoara<\/strong> &#8212; Doar 1\/8 lingurita, dar conteaza mult. Nucsoara aduce acea nota calda si usor aromata care ridica umplutura lichida de la banal la special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciuperci maro<\/strong> &#8212; O cana de ciuperci feliate, calite in ulei de masline cu ceapa verde si usturoi pudra, pana devin aurii. Lasa-le sa se raceasca complet inainte sa le pui in crusta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spanac baby<\/strong> &#8212; 4 cani de spanac se calesc repede in unt cu usturoi zdrobit si ceapa verde, reducandu-se considerabil. Rezultatul e o umplutura verde, cremoasa si savuroasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Legume proaspete<\/strong> &#8212; Ceapa rosie, rosii cherry si dovlecel taiat cubulete compun toppingul de legume. Nu necesita precalire &#8212; merg direct crude in crusta, unde se vor coace impreuna cu umplutura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parmezan si Emmentaler<\/strong> &#8212; Cate 6 lingurite din fiecare formeaza toppingul de branza. Combinatia dintre parmezanul sarat si Emmentalerul cu gust dulce-nucos da un rezultat echilibrat si aromat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza Gouda rasa<\/strong> &#8212; O cana de Gouda se imparte ca topping final peste toate cele 24 de mini quiche-uri. Daca pui umplutura calda de ciuperci sau spanac in crusta si torni imediat baza de oua, ouale se pot coagula partial inainte de coacere si textura finala va fi inegala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu umple crustele prea mult.<\/strong> Baza lichida de oua creste putin la cuptor &#8212; lasa 3-4 mm pana la marginea crustei ca sa nu curga pe tava.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unge bine forma de briose<\/strong> chiar daca e antiaderenta. Crusta de placinta se poate lipi, mai ales la colturile de jos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Taie cercuri uniforme.<\/strong> Un pahar sau o forma de patiserie cu diametrul potrivit asigura o crusta uniforma in toate cele 24 de alveole. Testeaza pe prima si ajusteaza daca e nevoie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verifica coacerea<\/strong> &#8212; quiche-urile sunt gata cand umplutura e ferma la atingere si crusta e aurie. Timpul exact depinde de cuptor, asa ca incepe sa verifici cu 5 minute inainte de timpul recomandat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In loc de cr\u00e8me fraiche<\/strong> poti folosi smantana grasa (minimum 20% grasime) sau chiar iaurt grecesc nesarat. Textura va fi usor diferita, dar rezultatul este in continuare cremos si gustos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In loc de ciuperci maro<\/strong> merg excelent ciupercile champignon albe, portobello feliate sau shiitake. Fiecare aduce o aroma diferita umpluturii.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Variatii de legume<\/strong> &#8212; poti inlocui sau completa dovlecelul si rosiile cherry cu ardei gras, porumb, broccoli mic sau chiar masline feliate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte branze<\/strong> &#8212; in locul combinatiei parmezan-Emmentaler poti folosi Gruyere (clasic pentru quiche), branza de burduf sau cascaval afumat pentru o nota mai intensa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mini quiche-urile se pastreaza bine la frigider, acoperite, timp de 3-4 zile. Le poti reincalzi la cuptor la 160-170\u00b0C circa 8-10 minute sau le poti servi si reci &#8212; sunt la fel de bune in ambele variante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru preparare in avans, poti coace quiche-urile complet cu o zi inainte si le poti refrigera. Daca vrei sa le servesti calde, scoate-le din frigider cu 15 minute inainte si reincalzeste-le in cuptor. Poti si congela mini quiche-urile deja coapte &#8212; se pastreaza pana la 2 luni in congelator. Dezgheta-le peste noapte la frigider, apoi reincalzeste la cuptor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac aperitivele mici si elegante, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/aperitiv-mini-falafel\/\">mini falafel-urile<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mini-omlete-la-cuptor-cu-si-fara-ou\/\">mini omletele la cuptor<\/a> &#8212; ambele se pot pregati in avans si sunt perfecte pentru aceleasi ocazii.
