Daca de obicei o prepar din <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/inghetata-de-banane-cu-nectarine-caramelizate\/\">banane congelate si blenduite<\/a><\/strong> amestecate cu pudra proteica aromata (2 in 1 \u2013 si sanatoasa si delicioasa) de aceasta data am vrut sa incerc ceva clasic, cu lapte, cu zahar, asa cum se face inghetata.<\/p><p>M-am lasat inspirate de <strong>reteta autentica de inghetata italieneasca cu lamaie<\/strong> si am personalizat-o dupa propriul gust. Rezultatul a incantate toata familia, asa ca trebuie impartasit si aici pe blog. Originea acestei delicioase inghetate poate fi <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-italiana\/\">urmarita in Italia<\/a><\/strong>, unde este cunoscuta sub denumirea de &#8220;gelato al limone&#8221;. Se spune ca prima reteta scrisa pentru inghetata de lamaie dateaza din secolul al XVII-lea, iar acest desert racoritor s-a raspandit rapid in randul nobililor italieni.<\/p><p>Ingrediente simple precum lamaia, zaharul si apa erau folosite initial pentru a crea o pasta aromata care se ingheta si se servea ca o inghetata rudimentara. Cu trecerea timpului, reteta a evoluat, iar lamaia a fost combinata cu lapte sau smantana pentru a obtine o textura mai cremoasa si bogata.<\/p><p>Odata cu popularizarea inghetatei in Italia, acest desert minunat si-a gasit drumul in restul Europei si in alte parti ale lumii, devenind o delicatesa apreciata de toata lumea. Bezeaua este facuta din albusuri de ou batute spuma si zahar, formand un amestec usor si spumos.<\/p><p>Cu toate acestea, se crede ca originile meringue-ului modern pot fi atribuite <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-frantuzeasca\/\">bucatariei franceze si elvetiene<\/a><\/strong> din secolele al XVII-lea si al XVIII-lea. Termenul &#8220;meringue&#8221; este, de asemenea, de origine franceza, derivat de la numele unui bucatar elvetian din secolul al XVIII-lea, numit Meiringen.
