Se prepara cu o baza clasica de smantana lichida, lapte si zahar, iar bucatelele de bezea si biscuitii Cantuccini adauga textura crocanta in fiecare lingurita. Daca de obicei o prepar din <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/inghetata-de-banane-cu-nectarine-caramelizate\/\">banane congelate si blenduite<\/a><\/strong> amestecate cu pudra proteica aromata (2 in 1, si sanatoasa si delicioasa), de aceasta data am vrut sa incerc ceva clasic, cu lapte, cu zahar, asa cum se face inghetata. M-am lasat inspirata de inghetata italieneasca cu lamaie din <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-italiana\/\">bucataria italiana<\/a> si am personalizat-o dupa propriul gust, iar rezultatul a incantat toata familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente iti trebuie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta porneste de la o baza simpla de inghetata. <strong>Smantana lichida<\/strong> (3 cani) ii da cremozitatea si bogatia, iar <strong>laptele<\/strong> (o cana) subtiaza usor amestecul ca sa nu fie prea greu. <strong>Zaharul<\/strong> nu indulceste doar, ci si scade punctul de inghetare, asa ca inghetata ramane mai cremoasa si mai usor de portionat din congelator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aroma vine din doua surse: <strong>sucul de lamaie<\/strong> proaspat stors (o jumatate de cana) pentru prospetimea acrisoara si <strong>extractul de lamaie<\/strong> (doua lingurite) pentru o aroma mai concentrata si persistenta. Un strop de <strong>extract de vanilie<\/strong> si un varf de cutit de <strong>sare<\/strong> rotunjesc totul si scot in evidenta aromele. Asa raman bucatele intregi, nu se faramita complet in amestec. Apoi transferi totul in recipiente si pui la congelator pana se intareste bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca nu ai masina de inghetata, merge si fara: torni amestecul de baza intr-una sau mai multe tavi, il acoperi cu folie si il lasi la congelator pana ingheata complet. Apoi rupi foile in bucati, le pui in robotul de bucatarie si le procesezi 30 de secunde pana la un minut, pana se transforma in crema. Adaugi bezeaua si biscuitii si dai cateva impulsuri scurte cu functia Pulse, ca sa le incorporezi fara sa le marunte. O servesti imediat sau o pui inapoi la congelator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce functioneaza aceasta metoda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procesarea foilor de inghetata congelata in robot inlocuieste, partial, rolul masinii de inghetata: faramiteaza cristalele mari de gheata formate la congelare si reintroduce aer in amestec, asa ca obtii o textura mult mai cremoasa decat daca ai lasa baza sa inghete simplu in tava. Cel mai bine se mananca in primele zile, cat bezeaua isi pastreaza textura. O servesti clasic in conuri de vafe, cu felii de lamaie proaspata alaturi, pentru un plus de prospetime si un aspect frumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca ti-a placut ideea de inghetata de casa, mai gasesti pe blog si alte variante de incercat, de la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/inghetata-de-casa-cu-ciocolata\/\">inghetata de casa cu ciocolata<\/a> pentru zilele in care vrei ceva intens, pana la varianta racoritoare de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/inghetata-cu-cafea-inghetata-dalgona\/\">inghetata cu cafea (dalgona)<\/a>.
