Se coc 15-20 de minute la 200 C si ies fierbinti, cremosi si crocanti deodata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desi nu ma pot numi un fan devotat al preparatelor iuti, trebuie sa recunosc ca imi place foarte mult bucataria mexicana si mai ales ardeii jalapeno, care imi sunt nelipsiti din frigider in stare murata. Asa ca atunci cand am vrut ceva picant pentru o masa cu invitati, alegerea a fost evidenta: jalapeno proaspeti, umpluti si copti pana se rumenesc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place reteta asta pentru ca pune ardeiul jalapeno intr-o lumina total diferita fata de cum il foloseam de obicei. Liniile fine, ca niste crapaturi argintii pe coaja, indica de obicei un ardei mai matur si mai iute. Taie-i pe lung in jumatati si curata-i bine de seminte si de nervurile albe din interior, pentru ca acolo se concentreaza cea mai mare parte din capsaicina, substanta care da iuteala. Foloseste manusi, fiindca uleiurile picante raman pe degete ore intregi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Crema de branza<\/strong> &#8212; lasa-o la temperatura camerei inainte sa o folosesti, ca sa se amestece omogen cu restul ingredientelor, fara cocoloase. O crema de branza prea rece nu se va incorpora bine si umplutura va iesi grunjoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza rasa Cheddar<\/strong> &#8212; rade-o tu acasa dintr-o bucata, in loc sa o cumperi gata rasa. Cea ambalata are agenti anti-aglomerare care impiedica topirea frumoasa si fac umplutura mai uscata. Un Cheddar maturat aduce mai multa aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pesmet Panko<\/strong> &#8212; Panko este pesmet japonez cu fulgi mari, care ramane mult mai crocant decat pesmetul fin obisnuit, fiindca absoarbe mai putin ulei. El face stratul de deasupra crocant si auriu. Daca nu gasesti, pesmetul obisnuit merge, dar rezultatul va fi ceva mai putin crocant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fulgi de ceapa prajita<\/strong> &#8212; aduc o nota dulce-prajita si o textura usor crocanta direct in umplutura. Ii gasesti la raionul cu produse asiatice sau langa condimente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Unt topit<\/strong> &#8212; se amesteca atat in umplutura, cat si in toppingul de pesmet; el ajuta Panko sa se rumeneasca uniform si sa capete acea culoare aurie la cuptor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa verde si usturoi<\/strong> &#8212; adauga prospetime si profunzime aromatica umpluturii. Daca le lasi, ardeii ies considerabil mai picanti, asa ca regleaza in functie de cat de iute il vrei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apasa partea umpluta in pesmet inainte sa intorci ardeii.<\/strong> Asa cum cere reteta, baga ardeiul cu umplutura in jos in amestecul de pesmet, sa se lipeasca, apoi aseaza-l pe tava cu stratul crocant in sus. E trucul care fixeaza coaja crocanta de deasupra.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu umple in exces.<\/strong> Pune umplutura pana la marginea ardeiului, nu peste, altfel se scurge pe tava in timpul coacerii si umplutura se imprastie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Urmareste rumenirea, nu doar ceasul.<\/strong> Stii ca sunt gata cand toppingul de Panko a devenit auriu si branza incepe sa faca basici la margini, undeva intre 15 si 20 de minute. Cuptoarele difera, asa ca uita-te dupa culoare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lasa-i sa se odihneasca 2-3 minute<\/strong> dupa ce ii scoti din cuptor. Ardeii deja copti se pastreaza la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile. Pentru reincalzire, foloseste cuptorul sau un air fryer cateva minute la temperatura medie, ca sa redevina crocanti; cuptorul cu microunde ii inmoaie si pierd stratul crocant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acesti jalapeno umpluti se simt cel mai bine intr-un platou de aperitive picante. Eu ii servesc alaturi de o portie de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/nachos-la-cuptor\/\">nachos la cuptor<\/a> cu branza si sosuri, o farfurie de nachos acoperita cu branza topita fiind intotdeauna o alegere apreciata de invitati. Pentru o masa mexicana completa, adauga si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/guacamole\/\">guacamole<\/a> proaspat.
