Se prepara integral la blender, din arahide prajite, banane coapte, lapte de soia si seminte de chia, asa ca ai un mic dejun bogat in proteine si cu gust intens de arahide fara sa cumperi nimic gata facut. Practic blenderul a facut toata treaba, iar untul a fost gata in mai putin de 5 minute. Eu folosesc <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/blender-g21-perfect-smoothie-vitality\/\">blenderul G21 Perfect Smoothie Vitality<\/a>, care are o putere de 1680W, 10.000-32.000 de rotatii pe minut si un recipient de 2,5L (exista si unul mai mic, de 0,9L). Ce imi place la el este ca nu are o multime de butoane si functii, iar rotita de reglare a intensitatii face totul simplu. Motorul nu s-a incins deloc, desi a mers la putere mare timp de cateva minute bune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum faci unt de arahide de casa la blender<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul untului de arahide cremos sta in doua lucruri: arahide bine prajite si rabdare. Pune cele 2 cani de arahide prajite in blender, impreuna cu lingura de ulei de cocos si indulcitorul, apoi porneste-l la putere mare. La inceput arahidele se vor sfarama grosier, apoi se vor lipi de pereti &#8212; aici e momentul sa opresti blenderul de 1-2 ori si sa impingi tot in jos, spre lame. Pe masura ce uleiul natural din arahide se elibereaza, pasta se transforma din nisipoasa in crema fina si lucioasa. Nu te grabi: exact acest pas face diferenta dintre o pasta uscata si un unt de arahide matasos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uleiul de cocos ajuta pasta sa lege mai repede si ii da o textura mai catifelata, iar indulcitorul (zahar sau sirop de agave, artar ori cocos) e optional, in functie de cat de dulce iti place. Iata la ce sa fii atent la fiecare ingredient:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Bananele foarte coapte<\/strong> &#8212; cu cat sunt mai patate si mai moi, cu atat aduc mai multa dulceata naturala si leaga aluatul, tinand loc de ou.<\/li><li><strong>Laptele de soia<\/strong> (sau orice lapte vegetal) &#8212; da fluiditate compozitiei; poti ajusta cantitatea ca sa obtii consistenta dorita.<\/li><li><strong>Faina<\/strong> &#8212; orice tip merge, iar eu am folosit faina fara gluten; ea da structura clatitei.<\/li><li><strong>Praful de copt<\/strong> &#8212; este agentul care face clatitele pufoase; fara el ies plate.<\/li><li><strong>Semintele de chia<\/strong> &#8212; absorb lichidul si ingroasa aluatul, ajutandu-l sa lege si adaugand fibre si omega-3.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adauga bananele, laptele de soia, faina, praful de copt si semintele de chia peste (sau alaturi de) untul de arahide din blender si proceseaza pana capata o consistenta ca de iaurt gros. Cu un polonic umplut pe jumatate, toarna aluatul in tigaie, apoi pune o lingura de unt de arahide chiar peste clatita. Lasa-o sa se prajeasca fara sa o atingi pana cand la suprafata se formeaza mici bule si marginile par uscate &#8212; acesta este semnul clar ca e momentul sa o intorci cu spatula. Repeta pana termini tot aluatul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Greseala pe care o fac cei mai multi este focul prea mare: exteriorul se arde inainte ca interiorul sa fie gata, iar untul de arahide, care contine zaharuri, se caramelizeaza foarte repede. Aluatul se face cel mai bine proaspat, pentru ca semintele de chia continua sa il ingroase in timp; daca il pregatesti in avans, s-ar putea sa fie nevoie sa il subtiezi cu putin lapte vegetal inainte de prajire. Untul de arahide, in schimb, se poate face in cantitate mai mare si tinut la frigider intr-un borcan inchis &#8212; il vei folosi apoi in tot felul de retete, de la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-cu-unt-de-arahide-fara-coacere\/\">tort cu unt de arahide fara coacere<\/a> pana la un simplu tartinat pe paine.
