Bananele congelate ii dau textura densa si dulceata naturala, cacaoa aduce gustul intens de ciocolata, iar laptele vegetal cu ciocolata leaga totul intr-un desert pe care il poti savura chiar si la micul dejun. Mi-a placut mult sa descopar gama extrem de variata de sortimente si sa vad ca sunt versatile, putand prepara usor atat retete dulci cat si sarate, majoritatea tipurilor de bauturi fiind neindulcite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ingrediente iti trebuie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frumusetea acestei retete sta in lista scurta. Iata la ce sa fii atent la fiecare ingredient:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-list wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Lapte vegetal cu ciocolata<\/strong> &#8212; eu folosesc bautura de soia cu ciocolata de la Joya (Soya Choco Drink), dar merge la fel de bine si varianta pe baza de ovaz de la ei. Le gasesti in magazinele mari, gen Mega Image, Carrefour sau Auchan. Poti folosi orice lapte vegetal cu ciocolata pe care il ai la indemana.<\/li><li><strong>Banane coapte, congelate<\/strong> &#8212; ele sunt cheia texturii. Bananele foarte coapte, cu coaja patata, sunt mai dulci si mai aromate. Taie-le rondele inainte sa le congelezi, ca sa se blenduiasca mai usor.<\/li><li><strong>Cacao<\/strong> &#8212; da intensitatea de ciocolata. Foloseste cacao pura, neindulcita, ca sa controlezi tu dulceata.<\/li><li><strong>Sirop de agave sau alt indulcitor sanatos<\/strong> &#8212; optional in functie de cat de dulci sunt bananele si laptele. Pune toate ingredientele in blender &#8212; laptele vegetal cu ciocolata, bananele congelate, cacaoa si siropul de agave &#8212; si blenduieste pana rezulta o bautura cremoasa si fina. Daca iese prea gros pentru gustul tau, mai adauga putin lapte vegetal si mai da un puls. Daca vrei sa fie si mai racoros, poti pune blenderul mai putin timp, ca sa ramana bucatele fine de banana congelata.
