Ai nevoie de doar patru ingrediente: orez gatit, sos de soia, doua oua si putin ulei de susan. Aluatul se amesteca intr-un bol si se coace in aparatul de vafe pana se rumeneste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu am ales o varianta sarata de vafe cu orez, pentru ca sosul de soia si uleiul de susan dau o aroma care imi place mult mai mult decat un mic dejun dulce clasic. Mi se par ideale cand am o cana-doua de orez ramas in frigider si nu stiu ce sa fac cu el &#8212; in loc sa il arunc sau sa il reincalzesc plictisitor, il transform in ceva nou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca preferi, la fel de bine le poti face in varianta dulce &#8212; scoti sosul de soia, pui un praf de scortisoara si le servesti cu fructe sau sirop de artar. Aici el devine vedeta, nu un resturi reincalzite.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un mic dejun fara gluten<\/strong> &#8212; nu contine faina, asa ca e potrivit daca esti sensibil la gluten sau celiac, atat timp cat folosesti sos de soia tamari fara gluten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O gustare rapida intre mese<\/strong> &#8212; se fac din ce ai deja in frigider si sunt gata in cateva minute la aparatul de vafe.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un fel salvator cand nu ai chef de gatit<\/strong> &#8212; patru ingrediente, un bol, un tel si gata. Nu ai nevoie de retete complicate sau de drumuri la magazin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>O baza versatila<\/strong> &#8212; merge si dulce, si sarat, asa ca poti folosi aceeasi reteta pentru poftele tuturor din casa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reduce risipa alimentara.<\/strong> Orezul ramas de la cina nu mai ajunge la cos &#8212; il transformi intr-un fel complet nou, cu textura si gust diferite fata de varianta initiala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E crocant pe dinafara, moale pe dinauntru.<\/strong> Aparatul de vafe formeaza o crusta aurie si crocanta, in timp ce miezul ramane pufos &#8212; exact contrastul care le face irezistibile.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Are doar patru ingrediente.<\/strong> Orez, sos de soia, oua si ulei de susan. Atat. Nimic exotic, nimic greu de gasit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se face rapid.<\/strong> Cat se incinge aparatul de vafe, ai si amestecat aluatul. Cand orezul sta peste noapte la rece, amidonul lui se intareste (proces numit retrogradare), iar boabele se lipesc mai bine si tin forma mai bine in aparatul de vafe. Orezul cu bob rotund sau orezul alb obisnuit, mai lipicios, leaga compozitia cel mai bine. Daca folosesti orez basmati sau cu bob lung, mai uscat, adauga un pic mai mult amestec de ou ca sa nu se faramiteze. Eviti orezul prea proaspat si prea fierbinte &#8212; e moale si nu tine forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sos de soia sau tamari (1 lingura)<\/strong> &#8212; da savoarea sarata si umami care defineste varianta sarata. Daca tii la o reteta fara gluten, alege tamari, care de obicei se face fara grau, spre deosebire de sosul de soia clasic. Verifica eticheta: cauta mentiunea &#8220;fara gluten&#8221;, pentru ca nu toate sosurile tamari sunt la fel. O lingura e suficienta &#8212; sosul de soia e deja sarat, asa ca nu mai e nevoie sa adaugi sare separat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oua mari (2 bucati)<\/strong> &#8212; ouale sunt liantul care tine orezul laolalta si ajuta crusta sa se rumeneasca frumos. Foloseste oua mari, la temperatura camerei, ca sa se amestece uniform cu restul ingredientelor. Daca ouale sunt mici, compozitia poate iesi prea uscata &#8212; atunci mai adauga jumatate de ou batut. Ouale sunt si motivul pentru care aceasta reteta este vegetariana, nu vegana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ulei de susan (\u00bc lingurita)<\/strong> &#8212; chiar daca pare putin, uleiul de susan adauga o aroma prajita, de nuca, specifica bucatariei asiatice. Foloseste uleiul de susan prajit (cel inchis la culoare) pentru aroma maxima &#8212; e mult mai intens decat cel deschis. Acesta e prea moale si umed, iar vafele ies cleioase. Orezul de o zi, scos din frigider, are textura perfecta pentru a tine forma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unge bine forma de fiecare data.<\/strong> Compozitia de orez se lipeste usor de placi. Unge aparatul cu putin ulei inainte de prima vafa si reia ungerea daca observi ca incepe sa se lipeasca &#8212; altfel se rupe cand incerci sa o scoti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Asteapta sa se rumeneasca bine.<\/strong> Stii ca vafa e gata cand crusta e aurie si crocanta, iar aburul care iese din aparat s-a rarit. Daca o scoti prea devreme, e moale si se desface. Rabdarea e cheia pentru crocanta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pune compozitia uniform.<\/strong> O lingura plina, intinsa usor in centrul placii, da o vafa care se coace egal. Prea multa compozitie da pe afara, prea putina lasa goluri.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu deschide aparatul prea repede.<\/strong> Daca ridici capacul in primele secunde, vafa inca neformata se va lipi si rupe. Lasa-o sa se inchege complet inainte sa verifici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Varianta dulce:<\/strong> scoate sosul de soia si uleiul de susan, adauga un praf de scortisoara si putina vanilie, apoi serveste cu fructe, sirop de artar sau dulceata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara gluten garantat:<\/strong> inlocuieste sosul de soia clasic cu tamari fara gluten. Orezul e deja fara gluten, asa ca asta e singura modificare necesara.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cu un plus de aroma:<\/strong> adauga ceapa verde tocata marunt, susan sau un strop de sos sriracha in aluat pentru o varianta sarata mai picanta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alt tip de orez:<\/strong> merge si cu orez brun, doar ca textura va fi mai densa si mai mestecata. Pentru a le readuce la crocanta, reincalzeste-le in prajitorul de paine sau in cuptor la 180 \u00b0C cateva minute &#8212; evita microundele, care le inmoaie. Se pot si congela: aseaza-le pe o tava, lasa-le sa inghete separat, apoi muta-le intr-o punga si tine-le pana la o luna. Le reincalzesti direct din congelator, fara decongelare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru preparare in avans, poti gati orezul cu o zi inainte &#8212; de fapt, asa iese cel mai bine, pentru ca orezul rece tine forma mai bine.
