Este versiunea mea keto a clasicului mac and cheese, gata in mai putin de o ora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu am facut pana acum o multime de retete cu conopida, asa ca stiu din experienta un lucru: conopida poate parea o leguma fara gust, dar asta doar daca nu o gatesti cum trebuie. Are nevoie de condimente si de un sos bun ca sa iasa in evidenta, iar combinatia asta cu branza topita o transforma complet. convinge familia sa manance conopida, chiar si copiii care de obicei o refuza.<\/li>\n<li>Un preparat vegetarian de sine statator, suficient de consistent cat sa fie servit ca fel principal.<\/li>\n<li>O reteta keto sau low carb care nu te face sa simti ca renunti la ceva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Este saraca in carbohidrati si in calorii<\/strong>, asa ca e o optiune excelenta daca tii o dieta keto sau low carb, fara sa renunti la gustul de branza topita.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sosul iese cremos de fiecare data<\/strong>, datorita combinatiei de lapte gras, crema de branza si doua tipuri de cascaval ras care se topesc frumos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Are o crusta rumena si aromata<\/strong>, fiindca toppingul de parmezan si faina de migdale se gratineaza in cuptor si adauga textura.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se face din ingrediente simple<\/strong>, pe care le gasesti usor in orice magazin, fara nimic exotic sau greu de procurat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Este gata in mai putin de o ora<\/strong>, cu putina munca activa: fierbi conopida, faci sosul si o lasi cuptorul sa termine treaba.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Place si celor care nu sunt fani ai conopidei<\/strong>, pentru ca sosul condimentat si branza acopera complet gustul vegetal pe care multi il Alege o conopida cu floretele albe sau crem, ferme si compacte, fara pete maronii si cu frunzele verzi si proaspete, nu vestejite, asta iti arata ca e culeasa recent. Rupe-o in bucatele de marime apropiata, ca sa se gateasca uniform. Eu folosesc o conopida mica, atat cat sa umple o caserola intr-un strat ordonat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele gras<\/strong> si <strong>crema de branza<\/strong> formeaza baza sosului. Grasimea din ele este cea care da cremozitatea si impiedica sosul sa se taie. Daca folosesti lapte degresat, sosul iese apos si subtire, asa ca aici nu e momentul sa faci economie de grasime. Lasa crema de branza la temperatura camerei inainte, ca se incorporeaza mult mai usor in lapte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza cheddar<\/strong> si <strong>mozzarella rasa<\/strong> sunt cele doua branzeturi care dau gust si textura. Cheddarul aduce aroma intensa si culoarea, iar mozzarella aduce acea elasticitate care se intinde frumos. Iti recomand sa razi singura branza dintr-un calup, fiindca branza rasa ambalata are amidon adaugat care impiedica topirea uniforma si poate face sosul granulos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parmezanul ras<\/strong> si <strong>faina de migdale<\/strong> compun toppingul care se rumeneste deasupra. Acesta este cel mai des intalnit motiv pentru care iese fad, asa ca nu sari peste pasul de scurgere.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Topeste branza la foc mic-mediu.<\/strong> Daca temperatura e prea mare, branza se taie si sosul devine granulos in loc de cremos. Da o aroma intensa si o nota mai matura sosului.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alte branzeturi care se topesc:<\/strong> daca nu ai cheddar si mozzarella, poti folosi cascaval, gouda sau emmentaler. Important este sa alegi branzeturi care se topesc bine, ca sa pastrezi sosul cremos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai mult sau mai putin iute:<\/strong> ajusteaza boiaua iute dupa gust. Daca gatesti pentru copii, las-o deoparte si pastreaza doar boiaua afumata pentru aroma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara faina de migdale:<\/strong> daca nu o ai la indemana, poti renunta la ea si presara doar parmezan deasupra. Crusta va fi mai subtire, dar tot rumena si gustoasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conopida cu branza la cuptor se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, in recipient inchis ermetic, timp de 3-4 zile. O incalzesti in cuptor la 180 C, acoperita cu folie ca sa nu se usuce la suprafata, sau la cuptorul cu microunde daca te grabesti. Tine cont ca sosul se mai ingroasa la frigider, asa ca poti adauga o lingura de lapte la reincalzire pentru a-i reda cremozitatea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru preparare in avans, poti fierbe conopida si pregati sosul cu o zi inainte, apoi le combini si le bagi la cuptor chiar inainte de servire. Asa pastrezi crusta proaspata si rumena.
