Este complet de post, fara niciun ingredient de origine animala, si il poti face in doua variante deodata &#8212; una clasica, cu vanilie, si una cu ciocolata &#8212; ca sa ai pe masa un duo frumos si delicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iubesc orezul cu lapte! Bunica obisnuia sa faca acest desert cand eram mica, asa ca inca il mananc cu drag chiar si acum. Zilele astea mi s-a facut iar pofta de orez cu lapte, asa ca am refacut reteta in varianta vegana, cu <strong>lapte vegetal de la Joya<\/strong> si in doua arome, de vanilie si de ciocolata. Foloseste orez alb cu bob rotund &#8212; cel de sushi este ideal, dar merge foarte bine si cel pentru pilaf. Bobul rotund elibereaza mai mult amidon in timpul fierberii, iar acel amidon este exact ce ingroasa si cremeaza laptele. Orezul cu bob lung, in schimb, ramane mai separat si nu iti da aceeasi textura catifelata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La lapte ai libertate deplina. Eu am folosit lapte vegetal Joya, insa orice bautura vegetala functioneaza: de orez, de ovaz, de soia sau de migdale. Un lapte cu putina grasime (de ovaz sau cel imbogatit cu cocos) da o textura mai bogata. Spala mai intai orezul cu apa rece, ca sa scapi de excesul de amidon de la suprafata care l-ar face lipicios. Adauga apoi laptele treptat, nu tot deodata: incepe cu o cana, iar dupa vreo 5 minute mai pui inca una. Asa orezul absoarbe lichidul gradual si se umfla uniform, fara sa se lipeasca de fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amesteca ocazional pe tot parcursul fierberii si tine cratita acoperita cu un capac. Dupa 25-30 de minute orezul este fiert, iar compozitia ar trebui sa fie cremoasa dar inca putin curgatoare &#8212; se mai leaga pe masura ce se raceste. Scortisoara o adaugi la final, dupa ce iei cratita de pe foc, ca sa isi pastreze aroma. Poti sa folosesti orice fructe pentru topping, insa mie mi se pare ca bananele sunt delicioase in combinatie cu ciocolata. Pe masura ce sta, se ingroasa &#8212; este normal, pentru ca orezul continua sa absoarba lichid. Cand il servesti din nou, adauga putin lapte vegetal si amesteca usor, la rece sau incalzit bland pe foc mic, ca sa isi recapete textura cremoasa. Nu il recomand la congelator, pentru ca orezul isi schimba consistenta dupa dezghetare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa continui cu alte idei pe baza de orez, ai o gramada de inspiratie in colectia de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-cu-orez\/\">retete cu orez<\/a>. Iar daca il incerci, spune-mi in comentarii ce lapte vegetal ai ales si daca ai mers pe varianta cu vanilie, cea cu ciocolata sau pe duo &#8212; si nu uita sa lasi si o evaluare cu stelute daca ti-a
