Suedia este considerata locul nasterii acestui deliciu dulce si aromat.<\/p><p><strong>\u201eKanelbullar\u201d<\/strong> s-a nascut in anii 1920, cand ingredientele precum zaharul, faina si untul au devenit mai accesibile pentru populatie dupa Primul Razboi Mondial. <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-suedeza\/\">Reteta traditionala suedeza<\/a> este putin diferita de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-americana\/\">variantele americane<\/a>, avand in general mai putin zahar si un gust mai subtil de scortisoara. De asemenea, suedezii adauga deseori cardamom in aluat pentru un gust distinctiv si complex.<\/p><p>Cand imigrantii suedezi au ajuns in Statele Unite ale Americii, au adus cu ei si reteta de \u201ekanelbullar\u201d. Aceasta s-a adaptat si s-a transformat in ceea ce cunoastem astazi ca cinnamon roll. Versiunea americana a acestui desert este, de obicei, mai dulce si mai bogata, acoperita cu un strat generos de glazura de zahar sau crema de branza.<\/p><p>Astazi, rulourile cu scortisoara sunt un
