Sunt gata in doar&nbsp;30 de minute!&nbsp;<\/em><\/p><p>Gatesc destul de rar cu dovleac, iar asta nu pentru ca nu imi place, ci pentru ca mi se pare foarte greu de taiat si curatat! L-am dezghetat si aveam de ales intre a face placinta de dovleac si briose cu dovleac. Pentru ca mi-era lene, as usual, am ales varianta mai rapida &#8211; briose! \ud83d\ude42 Ma bucur ca am facut asta. Au iesit delicioase!<\/p><p>Piureul de dovleac l-am facut eu, din cubuletele de dovleac copt congelat, lasate la decongelat si bagate in blender cateva minute. Si-a facut treaba in doar&nbsp;1-2 minute. Motorul nu s-a incins deloc, iar piureul de dovleac a iesit perfect.<\/p><p>Blenderul&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/g21blender\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>G21 Perfect smoothie Vitality<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;este un&nbsp;<strong>blender multifunctional<\/strong>&nbsp;care poate amesteca, taia, dar poate produce si sorbeturi, deserturi de fructe, cocktail-uri, inghetate, sosuri etc. Datorita faptului ca are un sistem de maruntire eficient, bauturile obtinute isi pastreaza substantele nutritive si totodata contin si fibre de calitate. Se face foarte usor. Am pus pur si simplu ovazul in blender si intr-un minut faina a fost gata. Pentru a inlocui oul, ingredient des intalnit in retetele de briose, am folosit seminte de chia rasnite. In combinatie cu piureul de dovleac, toata compozitia s-a legat foarte bine si briosele au avut o textura foarte buna.
