Se coace 25 de minute, pana se rumeneste si devine aurie, si iese pufoasa, colorata si satioasa, fara sa stai langa tigaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceasta reteta de omleta la cuptor este varianta mea preferata de mic dejun pentru diminetile de dupa petreceri, cand raman prietenii nostri pe la noi. Cand esti opt persoane in bucatarie si toata lumea vrea omleta in acelasi timp, ultima ta dorinta e sa stai cu spatula in mana, tura dupa tura. Asa ca pun totul intr-o caserola, o bag la cuptor si ma intorc la cafea si la povesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este ideala pentru grupuri mai mari sau pentru familie, fiindca se pregateste usor si nu cere timp lung in bucatarie. Mai jos ti-am pus si cateva idei de toppinguri, arome si combinatii cu care poti transforma reteta dupa gustul tau si dupa sezon. multa lume deodata, fara sa gatesti portie cu portie.<\/li>\n<li>Un brunch de weekend caldut si colorat, pe care il scoti direct din caserola pe masa.<\/li>\n<li>O reteta fara bataie de cap, pe care o pregatesti seara si o coci dimineata, ca sa nu te agiti la prima ora.<\/li>\n<li>O sursa buna de proteine din oua si branza, care te tine satul pana la pranz.<\/li>\n<li>O baza flexibila pe care o adaptezi cu ce legume ai prin frigider, fara sa schimbi tehnica de baza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Se face cu mainile libere.<\/strong> Cat sta caserola la cuptor cele 25 de minute, tu te ocupi de altceva, in loc sa stai langa tigaie cu spatula.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hraneste multa lume deodata.<\/strong> Opt oua intr-o singura caserola inseamna portii pentru tot grupul, scoase fierbinti in acelasi moment, nu pe rand.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Iese pufoasa, nu cauciucata.<\/strong> Caldura uniforma din cuptor umfla ouale bland si le da o textura aerata, mai usoara decat la o omleta grabita in tigaie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Este colorata si apetisanta.<\/strong> Ardeiul rosu si cel verde caliti aduc culoare si o dulceata usoara care echilibreaza branza.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se adapteaza dupa sezon.<\/strong> Schimbi legumele dupa ce ai la indemana si reteta merge la fel de bine vara sau iarna.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Are putine ingrediente.<\/strong> Oua, ceapa, usturoi, ardei, branza Cheddar, \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale<\/strong> sunt vedeta retetei, asa ca bate-le doar usor, cat sa se uneasca albusul cu galbenusul. Daca le bati prea tare incorporezi mult aer si omleta se poate lasa dupa coacere. Caut oua cat mai proaspete, cu galbenus bombat si portocaliu intens, fiindca dau culoare si gust mai plin compozitiei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul ghee<\/strong> este unt clarificat, fara apa si fara proteinele din lapte, deci suporta caldura mai bine decat untul obisnuit si nu se arde cand calesti legumele. Daca nu ai ghee, mergi pe unt obisnuit la foc mediu si fii atenta sa nu se rumeneasca prea tare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa si usturoiul<\/strong> sunt baza de aroma. Caleste-le primele, la foc mediu, pana ceapa devine translucida si usturoiul incepe sa miroasa, dar inainte sa se rumeneasca, fiindca usturoiul ars devine amar. Alege un catel de usturoi tare, fara coltul verde din mijloc, ca sa nu aduca gust intepator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ardeiul gras rosu si verde<\/strong> dau culoare si o dulceata blanda. Calindu-i cinci minute le scoti din apa si le concentrezi gustul, asa ca nu sari peste pasul asta, altfel lasa zeama in compozitie si omleta iese apoasa. Alege ardei fermi, luciosi, cu coaja intinsa, fara pete moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza Cheddar rasa<\/strong> aduce gust sarat si o textura cremoasa cand se topeste. Rade-o tu, dintr-un calup, fiindca cea preambalata e data cu amidon ca sa nu se lipeasca si se topeste mai greu si mai inegal. Un Cheddar mai maturat da mai mult gust cu aceeasi cantitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sarea si piperul<\/strong> par marunte, dar fac diferenta intr-o compozitie pe baza de oua. Adauga-le in oua inainte sa torni totul in caserola, ca sa se distribuie uniform, si tine cont ca branza Cheddar e deja sarata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lasa legumele sa se raceasca inainte de a le amesteca cu ouale.<\/strong> Daca le torni fierbinti peste oua, incep sa coaguleze ouale inca din bol. De aceea reteta cere sa muti legumele calite intr-un bol sa se raceasca, nu sari peste pasul asta.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu bate ouale prea mult.<\/strong> Cateva miscari cat sa se uneasca sunt suficiente. Aerul in exces face omleta sa creasca frumos la cuptor, apoi sa se lase brusc cand o scoti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stii ca e gata cand suprafata e aurie si mijlocul nu mai tremura.<\/strong> Daca scuturi usor caserola si centrul inca se misca lichid, mai lasa-o cateva minute. Pastreaza aceeasi cantitate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Joaca-te cu legumele dupa sezon.<\/strong> Nu ezita sa experimentezi cu diferite combinatii de legume in functie de sezon si de preferintele tale. Ciuperci, spanac sau rosii cherry merg foarte bine, atat timp cat le calesti intai ca sa lase apa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga o proteina.<\/strong> Daca vrei un mic dejun mai consistent, experimenteaza cu diferite combinatii de proteine ca sa gasesti amestecul care ti se potriveste. Eu recomand sa folosesti tofu afumat sau sa adaugi un praf de paprika afumata peste el inainte de prajire, pentru o aroma de afumat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Condimenteaza dupa gust.<\/strong> Incepe cu cantitati mici si ajusteaza pe parcurs. Dupa ce se raceste complet, taie-o in portii, pune-o intr-un recipient inchis si tine-o la frigider 3 pana la 4 zile. Reincalzeste portiile la cuptor sau in tigaie la foc mic, ca sa ramana pufoasa, fiindca microundele tind sa o usuce si sa o faca cauciucata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru preparare in avans, poti cali legumele de cu seara si le poti tine la frigider intr-un bol acoperit. Dimineata mai ai doar de batut ouale, de amestecat totul si de bagat la cuptor, deci masa de dimineata e gata in cateva minute de munca. Daca vrei sa o congelezi, imparte-o in portii, infasoara-le bine si tine-le la congelator pana la o luna, apoi dezgheata-le la frigider peste noapte inainte de reincalzire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca tii post sau vrei o varianta fara oua si fara lactate, iti recomand sa te uiti la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/crema-de-branza-vegana-de-post-cu-probiotice\/\">crema de branza vegana de post cu probiotice<\/a> si la <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/branza-mozzarella-vegana\/\">branza mozzarella vegana<\/a>, pe care le poti folosi ca punct de plecare.
