Se prepara intr-un aparat de gofre, combina ingrediente uscate cu cele umede, si rezulta vafe pufoase, usor crocante, naturale fara gluten. Sunt bogate in proteine si grasimi sanatoase din migdale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De cand am cumparat un aparat de facut vafe, am inceput sa experimentez cu tot felul de retete &#8212; de la variante clasice la versiuni mai sanatoase si mai nutritive. Aceasta varianta cu faina de migdale a devenit rapid preferata mea pentru diminetile in care vreau ceva consistent si gustos, fara sa-mi fac griji in legatura cu glutenul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imi place in mod special ca aluatul se face in doua boluri si se amesteca rapid &#8212; nu ai nevoie de un mixer, nu ai nevoie de tehnici speciale. Foloseste faina de migdale alba (blanched almond flour), nu faina grosiera de migdale (almond meal), pentru o textura mai fina si o gofra mai pufoasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Amidonul de tapioca<\/strong> &#8212; ajuta la legarea aluatului si contribuie la acea textura usor elastica si crocanta a gofrelor. Daca nu ai tapioca, poti folosi amidon de porumb (maizena) in aceeasi cantitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt<\/strong> &#8212; asigura cresterea si textura pufoasa a gofrelor. Asigura-te ca praful de copt este proaspat si fara gluten (verifica eticheta daca ai intoleranta celiaca).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale<\/strong> &#8212; doua oua intregi ofera structura si ajuta la legarea ingredientelor. Ele sunt esentiale pentru textura acestei retete. Foloseste oua la temperatura camerei pentru un aluat mai omogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele<\/strong> &#8212; o treime de cana de lapte da fluiditatea necesara aluatului. Poti folosi lapte de vaca sau orice lapte vegetal (migdale, ovaz, cocos) in aceeasi cantitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul topit<\/strong> &#8212; o lingura de unt topit adauga savoare si ajuta la obtinerea unei texturi crocante. Poti inlocui cu ulei de cocos topit sau margarina vegetala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vanilia<\/strong> &#8212; o lingurita de extract de vanilie parfumeaza discret aluatul. La frigider, rezista 2-3 zile intr-un recipient inchis ermetic. Pentru a le reincalzi, foloseste un prajitor de paine sau cuptorul la 180 grade Celsius pentru 5 minute &#8212; isi recapata textura crocanta mult mai bine decat la microunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa le prepari in avans, poti congela gofrele racite complet, separate prin hartie de copt, timp de pana la 2 luni. Incalzeste-le direct din congelator in prajitorul de paine sau la cuptor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti place sa pregatesti un mic dejun fara gluten variat, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-pufoase-vegane-fara-gluten\/\">clatitele pufoase vegane fara gluten<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/muesli-fara-gluten-mic-dejun\/\">muesli-ul fara gluten pentru mic dejun<\/a>.
