Satioasa, simpla si perfecta pentru intreaga familie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ador sa pregatesc caserole cu legume. Sunt retete versatile, foarte usor de preparat, care pot hrani 6-8 oameni fara prea mult efort sau timp petrecut in bucatarie. De obicei le fac atunci cand am invitati, fiindca sunt o solutie ideala de a hrani mai multe persoane deodata, dintr-o singura tava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta asta porneste de la ideea de hash browns, cartofii rasi rumeniti, dar mutati intr-o caserola care se coace singura la cuptor. Pentru hash browns reusiti, alegerea cartofilor conteaza: de obicei se folosesc cartofi cu textura mai uscata, pentru ca au mai putina umiditate si devin mai crocanti la prajire. E perfecta si pentru un brunch lenes de weekend, cand vrei un singur fel consistent care sa tina de foame pana spre pranz. Fiindca iese o tava generoasa, e ideala si pentru meal prep: o portionezi si ai mic dejun cald pentru cateva zile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele cheie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cartofii fierti rasi<\/strong> sunt baza caserolei. Cinci cartofi mari, fierti in coaja si rasi, dau structura si satietate. Sfatul meu: nu ii fierbe pana se desfac, ci doar pana intra usor furculita. Cartoful prea fiert se face piure cand il razi, iar caserola pierde textura aceea placuta de straturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile brune tocate<\/strong> aduc gust si profunzime. Alege 250 g de ciuperci ferme, fara pete moi. Le calim in tigaie inainte tocmai ca sa scape de apa pe care o lasa: daca le pui crude in caserola, vor elibera lichidul in tava si compozitia de oua nu se va lega bine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cheddarul ras<\/strong>, doua cani, leaga totul si formeaza acea crusta aurie de deasupra. Daca vrei cea mai buna topire, rade-l proaspat dintr-un bloc; branza rasa la punga are amidon care impiedica putin topirea uniforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale si laptele<\/strong> sunt liantul. Sase oua si o jumatate de cana de lapte, batute bine cu telul pana devin o compozitie omogena, sunt cele care prind cartofii, ciupercile si branza intr-un singur fel coeziv, ca la o frittata coapta in tava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de usturoi si praful de ceapa<\/strong>, cate o jumatate de lingurita, plus sare si piper, sunt condimentele care fac diferenta. Stii ca sunt gata cand tigaia nu mai are apa, iar ciupercile capata o margine aurie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lasa ciupercile sa se raceasca<\/strong> intr-un bol inainte sa le pui in caserola. Daca le adaugi fierbinti peste compozitia de oua, riscul e sa inceapa sa coaga ouale neuniform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Respecta ordinea straturilor:<\/strong> intai cartofii rasi, apoi ciupercile, apoi branza, si la final torni compozitia de oua peste tot. Asa lichidul patrunde printre straturi si totul se leaga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unge bine caserola<\/strong> cu o lingura de ulei de masline inainte. Langa ea merge de minune o portie de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cum-sa-faci-bacon-vegan\/\">bacon vegan<\/a> sau o salata verde simpla. Daca o servesc la un brunch mai amplu, o pun pe masa langa alte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-brunch\/\">retete de brunch<\/a> si las pe fiecare sa isi compuna farfuria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pastrare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Caserola se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider 3-4 zile, intr-un recipient inchis. Se reincalzeste excelent, la cuptor sau in tigaie, ceea ce o face ideala pentru meal prep. Poti asambla straturile chiar de seara, sa o tii la rece peste noapte si sa o bagi direct la cuptor dimineata, doar mai adauga cateva minute la copt fiindca pleaca de la temperatura frigiderului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac caserolele de mic dejun, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/caserola-mexicana-mic-dejun\/\">caserola mexicana
