Numele vine de la termenul englez &#8220;to hash&#8221;, care inseamna &#8220;a toca&#8221; sau &#8220;a marunti&#8221;, si &#8220;brown&#8221; care se refera la culoarea aurie pe care o capata cartofii in timpul gatitului.<\/p><p>Istoria hash browns incepe in Statele Unite, unde reteta a fost adaptata si modificata in numeroase feluri, ajungand sa fie servita in multe restaurante si gospodarii. Astfel, va fi mai usor sa reincalziti doar cantitatea dorita.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Recipient:<\/strong> Puteti, de asemenea, sa pastrati caserola intr-un recipient etans, cu un strat de hartie de copt intre portii, pentru a evita lipirea lor.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Refrigerare:<\/strong> Caserola poate fi pastrata in frigider pentru 3-4 zile fara sa-si piarda calitatile.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Congelare:<\/strong> Pentru pastrare pe termen lung, caserola se poate congela. Folositi etichete cu data pentru a tine evidenta cat timp a fost congelata (se recomanda pana la 2-3 luni).<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reincalzire:<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Decongelare:<\/strong> Daca caserola a fost congelata, este ideal sa fie lasata peste noapte in frigider pentru a se decongela.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Cuptor:<\/strong> Reincalziti portiile in cuptor, la o temperatura de aproximativ 175\u00b0C, timp de 10-15 minute sau pana cand este incalzita uniform. Acoperirea cu un capac poate preveni arderea.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Evitarea supraincalzirii: <\/strong>Supravegheati atent procesul de reincalzire pentru a preveni ca marginea sau partea de jos a
