Textura mai grosiera va ajuta la atingerea unei consistente ideale, oferind un produs final cu mai multa substanta.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Raportul apa-malai:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Raportul clasic este de 4:1, adica patru parti de apa la una de malai. Acest lucru asigura ca mamaliga va fi suficient de umeda pentru a deveni cremoasa. Totusi, acest raport poate varia in functie de tipul de malai folosit, asa ca verifica intotdeauna instructiunile de pe pachet.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Sararea apei:<\/strong><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Este esential sa sarezi apa inainte de a adauga malaiul.
