Nu sta pe ganduri, ci intra in bucatarie si pregateste aceste clatite cu ovaz delicioase!<\/em><\/p><p>Astazi vreau sa-ti impartasesc povestea din spatele alegerii mele de a prepara aceste clatite cu ovaz. Pentru mine, gatitul nu este doar o activitate de rutina, ci o pasiune, o modalitate de a ma conecta cu arome noi si amintiri din copilarie. Aceste clatite sunt in mod natural fara gluten si bogate in proteine. De aceasta data le-am facut si fara oua, fiind vegane, insa daca vrei un plus de proteine iti recomand sa adaugi si oua si iaurt.<\/p><p>Te incurajez sa incerci si tu aceasta reteta simpla si delicioasa de clatite cu ovaz, nu doar pentru gustul lor minunat, ci si pentru beneficiile pe care le aduc sanatatii.
