Toate ingredientele se mixeaza intr-un blender pana obtii un aluat cremos, apoi se prajesc in tigaie. Sunt vegane, in mod natural fara gluten si bogate in nutrienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Astazi vreau sa-ti impartasesc povestea din spatele alegerii mele de a prepara aceste clatite cu ovaz. Pentru mine, gatitul nu este o simpla rutina, ci o modalitate de a gasi echilibrul perfect intre mancarea sanatoasa si placerea de a manca ceva cu adevarat bun. Clatitele cu ovaz au devenit alegerea mea preferata pentru micul dejun sau brunch, pentru ca sunt gustoase si, in acelasi timp, bogate in nutrienti esentiali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De aceasta data le-am facut fara oua, asadar sunt complet vegane. Imi place ca aluatul iese dintr-un singur blender, fara faina si fara cantarit complicat: bananele coapte tin loc atat de indulcitor, cat si de liant, iar fulgii de ovaz mixati dau toata structura. Folosesc trei cani de fulgi, pe care blenderul ii macina in faina chiar in timpul mixarii, asa ca nu ai nevoie sa cumperi faina de ovaz separat. Daca vrei o textura mai fina, macina fulgii in blender inainte de a adauga lichidele. La cumparat, alege fulgi simpli, fara zahar adaugat, iar daca tii la varianta fara gluten, cauta mentiunea de pe ambalaj, pentru ca ovazul se contamineaza usor cu gluten in timpul procesarii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele vegetal<\/strong> hidrateaza fulgii si leaga aluatul. Pun o cana si un sfert si poti folosi orice tip preferi, de la lapte de ovaz pana la cel de migdale sau soia. Alege laptele vegetal preferat ca sa se potriveasca gustului tau. Daca aluatul iti pare prea gros dupa mixare, mai adauga putin lapte, lingura cu lingura, pana curge usor din polonic, dar nu apos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bananele coapte<\/strong> sunt secretul acestei variante fara oua: ele indulcesc aluatul si tin loc de liant. Folosesc doua banane medii si recomand sa fie coapte bine, cu coaja patata cu maro. Cu cat sunt mai coapte, cu atat gustul de banane este mai intens si cu atat se zdrobesc si se amesteca mai usor in aluat. Bananele verzi nu vor da nici dulceata, nici aroma de care are nevoie reteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extractul de vanilie<\/strong> rotunjeste aromele si scoate in evidenta dulceata bananelor. Pun doar o jumatate de lingurita, dar conteaza calitatea: foloseste extract de vanilie de buna calitate pentru cele mai bune rezultate, pentru ca aromele artificiale ieftine pot lasa un gust usor amarui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scortisoara<\/strong> este optionala, dar completeaza frumos ovazul si bananele. Adaug o jumatate de lingurita, insa pulberea de scortisoara poate varia mult in intensitate de la un brand la altul, asa ca incepe cu o cantitate mica si adauga mai mult daca vrei un gust mai pronuntat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pentru cea mai buna textura, macina fulgii de ovaz in blender sau in procesorul de alimente inainte de a adauga lichidele, ca sa obtii o faina de ovaz proaspata si un aluat mai fin.<\/li>\n<li>Lasa aluatul sa stea cateva minute dupa mixare. Fulgii absorb din lichid si se ingroasa, asa ca evaluezi consistenta dupa aceasta pauza, nu imediat.<\/li>\n<li>Prajeste la foc mic-mediu, nu mare. Ovazul si bananele se rumenesc repede, iar focul prea mare arde exteriorul inainte ca interiorul sa se faca.<\/li>\n<li>Stii ca e momentul sa intorci clatita atunci cand pe suprafata apar bule care raman deschise. Asta inseamna ca marginea s-a prins si nu se mai rupe.<\/li>\n<li>Foloseste o tigaie non-aderenta buna. De obicei un singur ou este suficient ca sa le faci mai proteice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alt lapte vegetal:<\/strong> schimba laptele in functie de ce ai in casa, de la ovaz la migdale, soia sau orez. Le reincalzesti rapid in tigaie sau in toaster, ca sa isi recapete marginile crocante. Pentru preparare in avans, poti congela clatitele racite complet, cu o bucata de hartie de copt intre ele, ca sa nu se lipeasca, apoi le incalzesti direct din congelator. Aluatul proaspat nu il recomand tinut peste noapte, pentru ca fulgii continua sa absoarba lichid si se ingroasa prea tare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac clatitele facute din ingrediente simple, incearca si aceste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-pufoase-vegane-fara-gluten\/\">clatite pufoase vegane fara gluten<\/a> sau varianta clasica de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-clatite-cu-banane\/\">clatite cu banane<\/a>. Iar daca vrei sa ramai in zona ovazului si dimineata, arunca un ochi peste ideile mele de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/mic-dejun-cu-ovaz\/\">mic dejun cu ovaz<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
