Aluatul se face rapid la blender, iar fiecare clatita se gateste cate 1-2 minute pe fiecare parte intr-o tigaie unsa cu putin unt. Reteta este ideala pentru cei cu alergie la oua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pe blog incerc mereu sa gandesc retete care sa fie accesibile tuturor, inclusiv celor cu alergii sau intolerante alimentare. Folosesti o cana de faina alba obisnuita pentru aceasta portie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul<\/strong> aduce o dulceata usoara aluatului. Este nevoie de o singura lingura, iar cantitatea poate fi ajustata dupa preferinta sau redusa daca le vrei mai putin dulci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt<\/strong> este responsabil de ridicarea clatitelor si le face pufoase. O lingurita este de ajuns, dar verifica data de expirare, ca sa fii sigura ca este inca activ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sarea<\/strong> amplifica aromele si echilibreaza gustul. Folosesti doar o jumatate de lingurita, cat sa scoata in evidenta restul ingredientelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul topit<\/strong> da clatitelor o aroma bogata si o textura fina. Folosesti doua linguri si il lasi sa se raceasca putin inainte de a-l amesteca, ca sa nu se coaguleze in contact cu laptele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele batut<\/strong> adauga aciditatea care activeaza praful de copt si ajuta clatitele sa creasca pufoase. O cana de lapte batut da aluatului consistenta cremoasa potrivita. Prima clatita este de obicei cea de proba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unge tigaia cu un pic de unt intre clatite, pentru o crusta uniforma si aurie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toarna un polonic mic de aluat pentru fiecare clatita si gateste-o aproximativ 1-2 minute pe fiecare parte, pana se rumeneste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intoarce clatita atunci cand apar bule la suprafata si marginile incep sa se intareasca. Dupa ce s-au racit complet, aseaza-le intr-un recipient inchis ermetic si tine-le la frigider 2-3 zile. Le reincalzesti intr-o tigaie pe foc mic sau cateva secunde la cuptorul cu microunde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru congelare, aseaza clatitele intr-un singur strat pe o tava, baga-le la congelator pana se intaresc, apoi muta-le intr-o punga. Asa nu se lipesc intre ele si poti scoate cate ai nevoie. Se pastreaza pana la o luna si se reincalzesc direct din congelator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca prepari in avans pentru mai multe portii, poti dubla cantitatile fara probleme. Iar daca vrei sa variezi micul dejun, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-cu-faina-de-cocos\/\">clatitele cu faina de cocos<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-cu-cartofi-dulci\/\">clatitele cu cartofi dulci<\/a> sau, pentru zilele de post, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-de-post\/\">clatitele
