Sunt fara gluten, bogate in proteine si gata in cateva minute, ideale pentru un mic dejun satios sau o gustare echilibrata. Le servesti calde, cu iaurt sau crema de branza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am ales sa pregatesc aceste vafe din dorinta de a incerca inca o reteta de gofre sarate, dar care sa fie si bogata in proteine de data aceasta. Ii folosesc fini pentru ca se incorporeaza mai bine in blender si dau o textura uniforma compozitiei. Pe langa asta, fac vafele fara gluten si adauga fibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Branza de vaci<\/strong> da gustul inconfundabil si aduce un aport bun de proteine. O cana de branza de vaci e suficienta pentru a obtine o compozitie cremoasa si densa, fara sa fie nevoie de alte adaosuri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ouale<\/strong> leaga compozitia si ajuta vafele sa creasca si sa se rumeneasca frumos. Folosesc doua oua, care completeaza aportul de proteine din branza de vaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Praful de copt<\/strong> da putin volum si pufozenie vafelor. O jumatate de lingurita e suficienta pentru cantitatea de compozitie din aceasta reteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uleiul de cocos<\/strong> ajuta vafele sa nu se lipeasca de aparat si adauga o aroma fina. Daca iti raman, le pastrezi la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, timp de 2-3 zile si le reincalzesti in toaster sau in aparatul de gofre, ca sa redevina crocante.
