Daca supa este prea groasa, adauga mai mult supa de legume sau apa. Daca este prea subtire, las-o sa fiarba la foc mic pentru a se reduce. Poti, de asemenea, sa pasezi o parte din cartofi pentru a obtine o consistenta mai cremoasa fara a adauga smantana sau lapte.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Alegerea tipului de cartofi:<\/strong> Pentru supa de cartofi, cartofii cu un continut mai ridicat de amidon sunt cei mai potriviti. Cartofii albi, cartofii Idaho sau cartofii Russet sunt ideali pentru aceasta reteta.
