Este o cina reconfortanta, hranitoare si plina de proteine, gata in cateva minute la cuptor. Astazi am decis sa duc reteta mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-falsa-de-ton-vegana\/\">ton vegan<\/a> la urmatorul nivel, transformand-o intr-o caserola calda de paste cu multe proteine adaugate din naut si mazare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce nautul si algele Nori inlocuiesc tonul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul gustului &#8220;de mare&#8221; sta in combinatia dintre naut si fulgii de alge Nori. Nautul zdrobit cu furculita pastreaza o textura granulata, asemanatoare cu cea a tonului destramat, iar algele Nori aduc acea aroma usor sarata, de mare, fara peste. Important este sa zdrobesti nautul doar partial, lasandu-l granulat, nu sa-l transformi in piure &#8212; altfel pierzi tocmai textura care imita tonul. Fulgii de Nori ii gasesti de obicei ca snack la magazinele cu specific asiatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele cheie si cum le alegi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta are doua componente: amestecul de &#8220;ton&#8221; din naut si baza cremoasa de paste. Pentru amestecul de ton ai nevoie de o conserva de naut scursa, telina, ceapa rosie si ceapa verde tocate marunt, fulgi de alge Nori si o maioneza vegana aromata cu otet, ulei de in, usturoi si putina apa. Separat, mixeaza in blender maioneza vegana cu apa, otetul, uleiul de in si usturoiul, apoi incorporeaza 3 linguri din acest sos peste naut. Preincalzeste cuptorul la 180\u00b0C. Intr-un bol mare, combina pastele fierte cu mazarea, amestecul de &#8220;ton&#8221;, supa de ciuperci, laptele de caju si Cheddarul vegan ras, condimentand din nou cu sare si piper. Transfera totul intr-o tava unsa usor cu ulei, presara deasupra pesmetul Panko amestecat cu ulei de masline si coace 15-20 de minute, pana se rumeneste si se formeaza crusta crocanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trucuri ca sa iasa perfecta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fierbe pastele al dente. Pentru ca se coc inca 15-20 de minute, pastele moi de la inceput devin sfaramicioase in caserola.<\/li><li>Gusta si ajusteaza sarea pe parcurs. La reincalzire, adauga o lingura-doua de lapte de caju ca sosul sa-si recapete cremozitatea, fiindca pastele mai absorb din lichid peste noapte. Poti incalzi portii la cuptor sau la microunde; pentru a pastra crusta crocanta, cuptorul la 180\u00b0C functioneaza cel mai bine.
