Asa am ajuns la acest chec de post, pufos, cu coacaze rosii. Reteta e incredibil de simpla si a fost inspirata de o reteta mai veche de-a mea, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tort-vegan-cu-ciocolata\/\"><strong>tortul vegan cu ciocolata<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru ca mi-am dorit un chec cat mai aerat si mai pufos, am adaptat reteta, iar rezultatul a fost exact asa cum mi-am imaginat. Iti spun din start: eu nu am asteptat, ca de obicei, sa se raceasca bine inainte sa il felii, asa ca de aceea poate par mai fragile feliile din poze. Daca ai rabdare cat trebuie, vei avea felii mult mai frumoase decat ale mele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina alba<\/strong> este baza checului si ii da structura. Eu o trec mereu prin sita inainte sa o folosesc, pentru ca asta aereaza faina si ajuta aluatul sa creasca mai uniform, fara cocoloase. Daca vrei o varianta fara gluten, poti folosi un mix de faina fara gluten in aceeasi cantitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fructoza sau stevia pudra<\/strong> indulcesc checul fara zahar clasic. Daca preferi totusi zaharul obisnuit, tine minte sa dublezi cantitatea fata de fructoza, pentru ca puterea de indulcire e diferita. Stevia este cea mai potrivita daca vrei sa reduci complet aportul de zahar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de migdale<\/strong> inlocuieste laptele clasic si pastreaza reteta complet vegana. Eu am folosit lapte de migdale Joya, dar merge orice baza vegetala neindulcita pe care o ai la indemana. Asigura umiditatea aluatului si o aroma fina, discreta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Otetul de mere<\/strong> este ingredientul-cheie care nu trebuie sarit. Reactioneaza cu bicarbonatul de sodiu si creeaza acele bule fine de aer care fac checul sa creasca si sa fie pufos, fara oua. Este trucul clasic din prajiturile vegane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coacazele rosii<\/strong> aduc o aciditate vie care echilibreaza perfect dulceata aluatului. Eu am folosit coacaze congelate si merg foarte bine, fara sa fie nevoie sa le dezgheti inainte. Faina cernuta inglobeaza mai mult aer, iar aluatul creste mai frumos.<\/li><li><strong>Nu amesteca prea mult dupa ce adaugi lichidele.<\/strong> Cand combini faina cu partea umeda, amesteca doar pana se omogenizeaza. Amestecatul excesiv dezvolta glutenul si face checul tare in loc de pufos.<\/li><li><strong>Adauga otetul si bicarbonatul aproape de final.<\/strong> Reactia dintre ele incepe imediat, asa ca vrei sa bagi compozitia la cuptor cat e inca activa, pentru un maximum de crestere.<\/li><li><strong>Nu umple forma pana la limita.<\/strong> Lasa cam 1-1,5 cm pana la margine, pentru ca checul creste la coacere si ai nevoie de loc.<\/li><li><strong>Testeaza cu scobitoarea.<\/strong> Stii ca e gata cand o scobitoare infipta in centru iese curata. Lasa-l intotdeauna sa se raceasca complet inainte de a-l felia si a-l depozita, altfel se va sfarama mai usor, exact cum mi s-a intamplat mie de graba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se congeleaza la fel de bine: taie-l in felii, impacheteaza-le separat si tine-le la congelator pana la o luna. Il scoti seara la frigider si dimineata e gata de servit. Daca iti plac deserturile de post, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/chec-vegan-de-craciun\/\"><strong>checul vegan de Craciun<\/strong><\/a>, <a
