Aceasta versiune se prepara din oua, galbenusuri, zahar, vanilie, lapte integral si smantana lichida, coapte la temperatura mare pana cand crema prinde pete aurii. Sunt un desert vegetarian, perfect alaturi de o cafea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prima data cand am gustat pasteis de nata, m-am indragostit instant de contrastul dintre aluatul crocant si crema fina dinauntru. De atunci am tot incercat sa recreez gustul acela acasa, fara sa-mi propun neaparat sa fac aluatul de la zero, ci folosind o foaie de foietaj gata facuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta de mai jos este versiunea la care am ajuns dupa mai multe runde de testat: simpla, cu ingrediente pe care le gasesc usor si cu un rezultat care imi aduce aminte de strazile insorite ale Lisabonei. Galbenusurile suplimentare sunt cele care dau cremei culoarea aurie si textura bogata, deci nu le inlocui complet cu oua intregi daca vrei rezultatul autentic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zahar<\/strong> &#8212; 100 g de zahar echilibreaza gustul cremei. Il adaugi dupa ce ai batut ouale, impreuna cu vanilia si lichidele, si amesteci pana se omogenizeaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extract pur de vanilie<\/strong> &#8212; o lingurita de extract pur de vanilie aromeaza crema. Foloseste extract pur, nu esenta artificiala, pentru un gust mai rotund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte integral si smantana lichida<\/strong> &#8212; 80 ml lapte integral si 160 ml smantana lichida formeaza baza cremoasa. Smantana lichida aduce bogatia, iar laptele integral pastreaza crema fina, fara sa fie prea grea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Foaie de aluat foietaj<\/strong> &#8212; o foaie de foietaj gata facuta inlocuieste aluatul traditional. Acest pas o ajuta sa se lege si sa coaca uniform.<\/li>\n<li>Coace la temperatura mare, 250 C. Caldura puternica este cea care da petele caramelizate pe suprafata cremei, semnatura tartelor pasteis de nata.<\/li>\n<li>Umple fiecare tarta doar pana la circa 70 la suta. Crema creste la coacere, iar daca umpli prea mult da pe dinafara.<\/li>\n<li>Baga cosuletele de aluat la frigider 10-15 minute inainte de a turna crema. Daca iti raman, pastreaza-le intr-o cutie inchisa la frigider 2-3 zile. Inainte de a le servi, le poti reincalzi cateva minute in cuptor ca aluatul sa redevina crocant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poti pregati crema cu o zi inainte si o tii la frigider, acoperita cu folie. La fel, cosuletele de aluat asezate in forma pot sta la rece pana le coci.
