Se face in 15 minute, fara gatit. Este vegana, de post si plina de proteine vegetale. Clatirea este importanta &#8212; lichidul din conserva (aquafaba) este sarat si poate face dressing-ul prea sarat si salata alunecoasa. Dupa clatire, scutura strecuratoarea si lasa cateva minute ca sa se scurga bine.<\/p><p><strong>Fasolea rosie<\/strong> &#8212; La conserva, scursa si clatita la fel ca nautul. Fasolea rosie are o coaja mai ferma decat cea alba si tine bine in salata fara sa se sfarame. Daca folosesti fasole rosie fiarta acasa, fierb-o complet pana e moale in interior &#8212; fasolea partial gatita este dura si nu absoarbe dressing-ul.<\/p><p><strong>Fasolea alba<\/strong> &#8212; Mai cremoasa si mai delicata decat fasolea rosie. In salata adauga o textura diferita si echilibreaza vizual culorile impreuna cu nautul si fasolea rosie. Poti folosi fasole cannellini sau fasole alba obisnuita.<\/p><p><strong>Dressing-ul<\/strong> &#8212; Baza este otet alb sau otet de mere plus ulei de masline, intr-un raport de 1:2 (o parte otet, doua parti ulei). Adauga miere sau sirop de artar pentru un echilibru dulce-acrisor care este caracteristic retetei americane clasice three bean salad. Ajusteaza acidul dupa gust &#8212; unii prefera o salata mai acrisa, altii mai dulce.<\/p><p><strong>Ierburi si arome<\/strong> &#8212; Patrunjel proaspat tocat fin este cea mai buna alegere. Coriandrul functioneaza daca iti place aroma lui. Usturoiul crud, tocat marunt sau ras, adauga intensitate dressing-ului &#8212; incepe cu un catel si ajusteaza. Lichidul din conserva altereaza gustul dressing-ului si face salata apoasa.<\/li>\n<li>Amesteca dressing-ul separat intr-un bol mic sau borcanel si gusta-l inainte de a-l turna peste fasole. E mult mai usor sa ajustezi acidul sau dulceata inainte, nu dupa ce ai amestecat totul.<\/li>\n<li>Lasa salata la frigider cel putin 2 ore inainte de servire. Merge bine cu dressing-ul dulce-acrisor al retetei.
