Se prepara in aproximativ 10 minute intr-o singura oala, prin rumenirea fainii in ulei si adaugarea treptata a laptelui, pana obtii o textura cremoasa. Se asezoneaza cu sare, piper alb si nucsoara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu fac sosul asta ori de cate ori vreau ceva cremos in perioada postului sau cand am musafiri care nu consuma lactate. Imi place ca nu am nevoie de unt sau de smantana ca sa obtin acea textura catifelata pe care o astept de la un bechamel adevarat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi-a luat cateva incercari sa ajung la proportia corecta dintre faina si lapte, dar acum il fac din memorie. Foloseste un ulei cu gust echilibrat, nu unul foarte amar, ca sa nu domine aroma finala. Sunt necesare 3 linguri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Faina alba<\/strong> &#8212; este agentul de ingrosare al sosului. 2 linguri sunt suficiente pentru o consistenta cremoasa. Rumeneste-o cateva secunde in ulei, amestecand continuu, ca sa dispara gustul de faina cruda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lapte vegetal (fara aroma)<\/strong> &#8212; alege un lapte vegetal neutru, fara zahar si fara aroma de vanilie, ca sosul sa ramana savuros, nu dulce. Se folosesc 2 cani, adaugate treptat in timp ce amesteci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Piper alb<\/strong> &#8212; da aroma sosului fara sa lase puncte negre vizibile in compozitia alba. Jumatate de lingurita este suficienta; ajusteaza dupa gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nucsoara<\/strong> &#8212; este condimentul clasic al bechamelului si adauga profunzime sosului. Este optionala, dar un simplu praf face diferenta. Foloseste-o cu masura, fiindca are o aroma puternica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sare<\/strong> &#8212; jumatate de lingurita echilibreaza gustul. Fiecare aduce o nota usor diferita de aroma si textura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Versiune cu usturoi:<\/strong> adauga usturoi pisat odata cu faina, pentru un sos alb mai aromat, ideal pentru paste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cu branza vegana:<\/strong> pentru un sos mai bogat si mai cremos, topeste in el putina <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-vegane-de-branza\/\">branza vegana<\/a> rasa cu aroma de parmezan sau cheddar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cu ierburi si condimente:<\/strong> incearca un varf de cutit de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/turmeric-retete\/\">turmeric<\/a> pentru culoare si o nota exotica, sau ierburi proaspete precum cimbru ori patrunjel adaugate la final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lasa sosul sa se raceasca complet, apoi transfera-l intr-un recipient ermetic si tine-l la frigider 3-4 zile. Pentru pastrare mai indelungata, il poti congela 2-3 luni in recipiente sau pungi rezistente la congelare. Dezgheata-l in frigider peste noapte si reincalzeste-l la foc mic, amestecand continuu. Daca s-a ingrosat prea tare, subtiaza-l cu putin lapte vegetal pana revine la consistenta dorita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acest sos alb este perfect pentru a veganiza preparate la cuptor: incearca-l in <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/lasagna-vegetariana-reteta-traditionala\/\">lasagna vegetariana<\/a>, peste o tava de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/linte-cu-legume-gratinate\/\">linte cu legume gratinate<\/a> sau ca baza pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cannelloni-cu-ricotta-si-spanac\/\">cannelloni<\/a>.
