Fiecare muscatura aduce o explozie de arome si texturi, in timp ce dressing-ul usor imbraca legumele in strat subtil de prospetime si savoare. Sfecla si morcovii, crescute cu grija si dragoste chiar de mine, sunt inima acestei salate inspirate de clasica coleslaw.<\/p><p>Faptul ca am avut ocazia sa le plantez, sa le ingrijesc si sa le urmaresc cum cresc, aduce o nota de emotie si bucurie in fiecare lingura. Atunci cand imi pregatesc aceasta salata, nu doar ca ma bucur de gustul lor proaspat si crocant, ci si de satisfactia de a sti ca dintr-o simpla Samanta minuscula, a iesit atata bogatie. Este o alegere populara pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-pentru-picnic\/\">picnicuri<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-fara-carne-pentru-gratar\/\">gratare <\/a>si alte evenimente festive, datorita simplitatii si gustului sau racoritor. Varza si morcovii sunt taiati subtire\/rasi si amestecati impreuna pentru a crea o baza crocanta si usor dulceaga.<\/p><p>Dressingul clasic consta intr-o combinatie de maioneza, otet, zahar si condimente precum mustarul sau semintele de telina. Acest dressing se toarna peste legumele taiate si se amesteca bine pentru a acoperi fiecare bucata intr-un strat uniform de arome bogate si cremoase.<\/p><p>Eu am ales sa ma las inspirate de reteta clasica de coleslaw, insa sa inlocuiesc varza tocata cu sfecla si telina. De asemenea, am adaugat si un ingredient special, si anume <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/iarba-grasa-murata\/\">iarba grasa murata<\/a>, o reteta pe care o ador si pe care o recomand! De asemenea, este cunoscuta pentru proprietatile sale antiinflamatorii si antioxidante.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Morcovii:<\/strong> Sunt renumiti pentru continutul lor ridicat de beta-caroten, un antioxidant care se transforma in vitamina A in organism. Consumul de morcovi poate contribui la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41438-019-0150-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> imbunatatirea sanatatii vederii, a pielii si a sistemului imunitar<\/a>. De asemenea, sunt o sursa buna de fibre, care sustin sanatatea digestiva si controlul greutatii.<\/li><\/ul><p>Combinatia acestor trei legume in salata coleslaw de radacinoase aduce un aport bogat de
