Se face in cateva minute, fara gatit, si poate fi servita ca aperitiv revigorant sau ca garnitura sanatoasa, plina de vitamine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu o pregatesc cel mai des toamna si iarna, cand sfecla, morcovii si telina sunt la cel mai bun pret si au cel mai mult gust. Imi place ca nu trebuie sa pun nimic la fiert: rad legumele, fac dressing-ul intr-un bol mic si in cinci minute am pe masa o salata colorata si hranitoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru mine este reteta perfecta cand vreau ceva proaspat si crocant alaturi de un fel de mancare mai consistent. Ele dau salatei culoarea intensa, dulceata si cea mai mare parte din vitamine. Sfecla cruda are gust mai proaspat decat cea fiarta si pateaza mainile, asa ca poti folosi manusi cand o razi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcovii<\/strong> &#8212; patru morcovi curatati de coaja si dati pe razatoare aduc dulceata si o nota de culoare portocalie care echilibreaza rosul sfeclei. Alege morcovi fermi si proaspeti pentru cea mai buna textura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Telina<\/strong> &#8212; o telina (radacina) curatata de coaja si data pe razatoare aduce o aroma usor picanta si parfumata, specifica radacinoaselor de toamna. Da salatei profunzime si o personalitate aparte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ceapa si ceapa verde<\/strong> &#8212; o ceapa taiata julienne si patru fire de ceapa verde tocata adauga o nota usor iute si proaspata. Ceapa verde da si un plus de culoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dressing-ul<\/strong> &#8212; se face din sase linguri de ulei de masline, trei linguri de otet de mere, sare si piper dupa gust. Otetul de mere aduce aciditatea care leaga toate aromele, iar uleiul de masline imbraca legumele intr-un strat subtil de savoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Iarba grasa murata<\/strong> &#8212; patru linguri de iarba grasa murata sunt optionale, dar recomandate. De fapt, gustul se imbunatateste dupa cateva ore, pentru ca legumele se marineaza in dressing si aromele se imbina. Este ideala de pregatit in avans pentru o masa de familie sau pentru a o lua la pranz. Amesteca bine inainte de servire, pentru ca dressing-ul tinde sa se aseze la fundul recipientului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru iarba grasa murata pe care o folosesti la dressing poti urma reteta mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/iarba-grasa-murata\/\">iarba grasa murata<\/a>.
