Este combinatia dintre un swiss roll clasic si aromele calde ale unei prajituri cu morcovi, iar felia decorata cu morcov ras si oua de ciocolata arata superb pe masa de sarbatoare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am creat aceasta rulada pornind de la savoarea dulce si bogata a <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/carrot-cake-prajitura-cu-morcovi\/\">tortului cu morcovi<\/a>, pe care am transformat-o intr-un desert clasic si elegant. Blatul se sprijina pe oua separate: galbenusurile aduc bogatie, iar albusurile batute spuma dau pufosenia care permite rularea. Morcovul proaspat ras si o lingura de suc de morcov pastreaza blatul umed, iar putina curcuma ii da o culoare aurie calda, fara sa schimbe gustul. Faina cernuta si o lingura de ulei completeaza un aluat usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Umplutura este partea cremoasa: mascarpone batut cu smantana pentru frisca, zahar pudra si vanilie, pana se leaga in varfuri tari. Toppingul este o crema de unt la temperatura camerei, batuta cu zahar pudra, putina smantana lichida si vanilie, ceea ce da o textura catifelata care se intinde frumos peste rulada rece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum rulezi blatul fara sa se crape<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secretul unei rulade reusite este sa rulezi blatul cat este inca fierbinte. Imediat ce l-ai scos din cuptor, rastoarna-l cu grija pe un prosop presarat cu zahar pudra si ruleaza-l impreuna cu prosopul. In felul acesta blatul &#8220;invata&#8221; forma de rulou cat timp este flexibil, iar cand se raceste isi pastreaza curbura. Lasa-l rulat in prosop aproximativ o ora, pana se raceste complet, apoi desfa-l usor si intinde umplutura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca il lasi sa se raceasca intins si abia apoi il rulezi, blatul va crapa pentru ca fibrele s-au fixat drept. Zaharul pudra de pe prosop are dublu rol: impiedica lipirea si adauga un strat fin de dulceata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi ca sa iasa perfecta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bate albusurile doar pana la varfuri moi si incorporeaza-le in trei transe, cu miscari usoare de jos in sus, ca sa nu pierzi aerul.<\/li><li>Intinde aluatul uniform in tava, cu o spatula, ca blatul sa se coaca egal si sa nu ai zone mai groase care crapa la rulare.<\/li><li>Coace scurt, aproximativ 10 minute: blatul este gata cand partea de sus revine la atingere si marginile incep sa se rumeneasca usor. Poti coace si umple blatul cu o zi inainte: dupa ce l-ai rulat cu umplutura, acopera-l cu folie alimentara si tine-l la frigider. Frigul ajuta rulada sa se aseze si se taie mai frumos in felii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toppingul de unt il poti intinde cu cateva ore inainte de servire, apoi tii rulada la rece pana o aduci pe masa. Fiind un desert cu oua, mascarpone si frisca, se pastreaza la frigider si este bine sa il consumi in doua-trei zile. Scoate-l cu 10-15 minute inainte de servire, ca aromele sa iasa mai bine in evidenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o decorezi si cu ce o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dupa ce ai intins toppingul, presara morcov ras deasupra pentru un aer rustic si decoreaza cu bomboane de sezon: iepurasi de ciocolata sau oua colorate. Pentru un accent jucaus, poti aseza pe fiecare felie cate un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/oua-de-ciocolata-cu-unt-de-arahide\/\">ou de ciocolata cu unt de arahide<\/a>, care aduce si o nota de alune la desert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rulada isi gaseste locul perfect intr-un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/meniu-de-paste-vegetarian\/\">meniu de Paste vegetarian<\/a> sau alaturi de celelalte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-deserturi-pentru-paste\/\">deserturi de Paste<\/a>. Daca ti-a placut ideea de blat rulat, incearca si o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/rulada-cu-morcovi\/\">rulada cu morcovi<\/a> pentru zilele obisnuite, cand vrei acelasi gust cald fara decorul festiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca faci aceasta rulada de Paste, mi-ar placea sa aflu cum ti-a iesit rularea blatului si cum ai decorat-o pentru masa ta.
