Se face fara forma de tarta &#8212; pur si simplu intinzi coca, pui umplutura la mijloc si tragi marginile peste ea. Gatitul imi aduce o bucurie si o relaxare imensa &#8212; desi, sa fim sinceri, zilele lucratoare sunt o poveste diferita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acum, despre aceasta tarta rustica cu legume si ciuperci: desi preparatele fainoase coapte nu sunt specialitatea mea, tartele sarate sunt o exceptie, deoarece se fac foarte usor si sunt extrem de satioase. Crusta crocanta este inspirata din creatiile vegetariene ale lui Jamie Oliver, iar combinatia de radacinoase coapte cu ciuperci sotate o transforma intr-un fel de mancare complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce este, de fapt, o galette sarata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galette este o tarta rustica, deschisa, fara forma de copt &#8212; marginile aluatului se pliaza manual peste umplutura, asa ca fiecare bucata iese putin diferita. Galetele dulci au de obicei umpluturi de fructe precum mere, fructe de padure sau fructe cu samburi, in timp ce versiunile sarate pot include legume, branza sau carne. Cele doua linguri de pesmet sunt ingredientul secret pentru un blat crocant, perfect: presarate in tava sub coca, ele absorb umezeala si tin baza tartei uscata, fara sa se inmoaie de la sucul legumelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Radacinoasele<\/strong> &#8212; 3 morcovi si 2 pastarnaci feliati. Felii subtiri si uniforme se coc mai egal; pastarnacul aduce o dulceata usor picanta care echilibreaza morcovul.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ciupercile champignon<\/strong> &#8212; 250 g feliate. Elibereaza apa la sotare, deci au nevoie de foc bun ca sa se rumeneasca in loc sa fiarba.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ceapa<\/strong> &#8212; 2 cepe taiate julienne, sotate pana se inmoaie si capata dulceata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Oul batut<\/strong> &#8212; adaugat la final, peste umplutura oprita de pe foc, leaga totul intr-o compozitie cremoasa. Din cauza oului, reteta este vegetariana, nu vegana.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Condimentele<\/strong> &#8212; mustar, oregano, ghimbir pudra, sare si piper, plus ulei de masline pentru sotat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Secretul unui blat cu adevarat crocant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cheia acestei tarte sta in aluat. Cand framanti coca in robot, foloseste viteza cea mai mica si adauga apa treptat &#8212; nu trebuie sa se amestece prea mult, altfel blatul devine tare. Lasa bila de aluat acoperita cu un servet curat la temperatura camerei intre 45 si 60 de minute, pana isi dubleaza volumul; un aluat bine dospit se intinde usor si coace pufos pe dinauntru, crocant pe margini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intinde coca la aproximativ 1 cm grosime, da-i o forma rotunda si nu uita de pesmetul presarat in tava unsa cu ulei &#8212; el face diferenta intre o baza crocanta si una umeda. Blatul este gata cand marginile sunt aurii si crocante, iar radacinoasele de deasupra s-au inmuiat si au capatat pete usor rumenite. Soteaza umplutura separat: caleste intai ceapa julienne, adauga morcovii si pastarnacul feliat, iar cand sunt aproape gata pune ciupercile, mustarul si restul condimentelor. Opreste focul inainte de a incorpora oul batut, ca sa nu se branzeasca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa explorezi si alte <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/retete-de-tarte-sarate\/\">retete de tarte sarate<\/a>, ai de unde alege &#8212; de la combinatii usoare de vara pana la variante mai consistente pentru zilele reci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum o pastrezi si cu ce o servesti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Galette se serveste calda sau la temperatura camerei si se taie in felii ca o pizza rustica. Pastreaza resturile la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, pana la 2-3 zile; reincalzeste-le in cuptor cateva minute ca sa-si recapete crocanta, nu la microunde, care inmoaie blatul. Aluatul poate fi pregatit si dospit din timp, iar umplutura sotata in avans, ca sa asamblezi tarta rapid cand ai oaspeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alaturi de o <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/salata-de-radacinoase\/\">salata de radacinoase<\/a> sau o salata verde simpla, galetta devine o masa completa si echilibrata. Daca ai nevoie de o varianta fara gluten, arunca o privire si peste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/tarta-fara-gluten-cu-ciuperci-si-legume\/\">tarta fara gluten cu ciuperci si legume<\/a>
