Se raceste aluatul cateva ore, se intinde, se taie in forme si se coace 10 minute la 190C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turta dulce, sau cum o numesc eu cand o fac in afara sezonului de iarna &#8212; biscuiti cu ghimbir &#8212; este printre dulciurile mele preferate iarna. Toata casa miroase a Craciun atunci cand o pregatesc! Am incercat de multe ori aceasta reteta de turta dulce vegana si de fiecare data i-am adus mici imbunatatiri, asa ca aici aveti cea mai buna dintre variantele de pana acum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bunica folosea miere, dar eu prefer melasa in amestec cu zaharul de cocos &#8212; da aluatului culoarea aceea inchisa, frumoasa, si o aroma usor caramelizata pe care mierea nu o are. Aluatul l-am facut din jumatate faina integrala si jumatate faina alba, iar in loc de popularul omulet de turta dulce am facut brazi, stelute si inimioare. Cantareste faina, nu o lua direct cu cana din punga apasand, pentru ca prea multa faina face aluatul uscat si biscuitii tari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ghimbirul macinat<\/strong> &#8212; este vedeta din turta dulce, asa ca pune 2 lingurite pline. Daca ai un borcan vechi de ghimbir care nu mai miroase puternic cand il deschizi, inlocuieste-l, fiindca un condiment vechi iti da o turta dulce fada, oricat de mult ai pune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Melasa<\/strong> &#8212; aceasta este secretul culorii inchise si al gustului profund. Eu o prefer in locul mierii folosite de bunica. Cauta melasa neagra (blackstrap) pentru aroma cea mai intensa sau una mai blanda daca vrei un gust mai dulce; oricum, masoara-o cu o cana unsa cu putin ulei ca sa se desprinda usor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zaharul de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; are un gust usor caramelizat care se potriveste perfect cu melasa si condimentele. Se comporta ca zaharul brun, deci nu te speria daca aluatul iese mai inchis la culoare decat te asteptai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Untul vegan sau uleiul de nuca de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; ambele functioneaza, dar trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei, nu topite, ca sa poti incorpora aer cand le bati cu zaharul. Uleiul de cocos da biscuiti putin mai crocanti, untul vegan ii face un pic mai fragezi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Oul de in<\/strong> &#8212; 1 lingura de seminte de in rasnite amestecata cu 3 linguri de apa fierbinte tine locul oului. Lasa-l sa stea un minut, pana se ingroasa si devine gelatinos; abia atunci leaga aluatul ca trebuie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nu sari peste racirea aluatului.<\/strong> Lasa-l la frigider cel putin doua ore, ideal peste noapte. Untul vegan sau uleiul de cocos se reintaresc, aluatul devine ferm si se taie curat in forme, fara sa se intinda si sa-si piarda conturul la copt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grosimea decide textura.<\/strong> Daca ii vrei crocanti, intinde aluatul mai subtire; mie imi plac pufosi, asa ca ii fac un pic mai grosi. Tine aceeasi grosime pe toata tava ca sa se coaca uniform.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Atentie la timpul de coacere.<\/strong> 10 minute la 190C sunt de obicei suficiente. Turta dulce arde repede din cauza melasei si a zaharului, asa ca stai langa cuptor spre final &#8212; sunt gata cand marginile se intaresc usor, chiar daca mijlocul pare inca moale (se intareste la racire).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Glazureaza doar biscuitii complet raciti.<\/strong> Pe un biscuit cald glazura se topeste si curge. Pentru raportul echilibrat, ramai la jumatate-jumatate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Indulcitorul:<\/strong> bunica folosea miere, dar pentru o varianta vegana melasa cu zahar de cocos este alegerea mea. Poti folosi si sirop de artar in locul melasei, desi culoarea si aroma vor fi mai blande.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grasimea:<\/strong> untul vegan si uleiul de nuca de cocos sunt interschimbabile; alege uleiul de cocos pentru biscuiti mai crocanti.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Condimentele:<\/strong> daca iti place mai picant, mareste ghimbirul; daca vrei mai bland pentru copii, redu cuisoarele si anasonul. Un strop de coaja de portocala rasa in aluat merge minunat cu condimentele de iarna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turta dulce coapta se pastreaza foarte bine intr-o cutie etansa, la temperatura camerei, pana la doua saptamani &#8212; de aceea este un desert ideal de facut din timp pentru sarbatori. Daca ii vrei mai moi, pune in cutie si o felie de mar; daca ii preferi crocanti, tine-i bine inchisi si fara umezeala. Aluatul nedecupat se poate prepara in avans si tine la frigider peste noapte sau pana la cateva zile, infasurat in folie, exact cum oricum cere reteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca esti in cautare de mai multe arome de iarna, incearca si aceste <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/clatite-cu-aroma-de-turta-dulce\/\">clatite cu aroma de turta dulce<\/a> pentru un mic dejun de sarbatoare, sau varianta <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/turta-dulce-pufoasa-fara-gluten\/\">turta dulce pufoasa fara gluten<\/a> daca ai nevoie de o reteta fara gluten. Pentru un alt desert vegan rapid, iti recomand si aceasta <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/halva-raw-vegana\/\">halva raw vegana<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img
