Amesteci totul intr-un bol, transferi intr-o forma rezistenta la cuptor si coci pana se rumeneste frumos la suprafata. Daca esti fan al combinatiei spanac plus branza, incearca si reteta mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/crema-de-spanac-cu-usturoi\/\">crema de spanac cu usturoi<\/a>, care merge minunat ca alternativa mai usoara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientele de care ai nevoie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lista e scurta, dar fiecare ingredient are rolul lui in textura finala. <strong>Crema de branza<\/strong> da cremozitatea de baza &#8212; lasa-o la temperatura camerei inainte, ca sa se amestece uniform, fara cocoloase. <strong>Smantana<\/strong> aduce un plus de catifelare si o usoara aciditate care echilibreaza bogatia branzeturilor. <strong>Branza Cheddar maturata<\/strong> aduce gustul intens si savoarea; o parte se amesteca in compozitie, iar restul se presara deasupra ca sa formeze acea crusta rumena si apetisanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La spanac ai libertate: poti folosi spanac congelat (dezghetat si stors bine) sau spanac proaspat tocat fin. Spanacul, mai ales cel congelat, retine multa apa, iar daca o lasi in compozitie, dip-ul iese diluat si lasa lichid in forma. Dupa ce dezgheti spanacul congelat, stoarce-l bine cu mainile sau intr-un tifon pana nu mai picura deloc. Daca folosesti spanac proaspat, e suficient sa-l toci fin &#8212; se va inmuia singur in timpul coacerii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ce conteaza atat de mult? Branza si crema de branza nu pot absorbi excesul de apa din spanac, asa ca apa se separa la coacere si strica textura cremoasa. Cu spanacul bine scurs, compozitia ramane densa, se leaga frumos si se rumeneste uniform deasupra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum stii ca e gata si cum obtii crusta perfecta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coace dip-ul la 180 C timp de 20-25 de minute, pana cand marginile fierb usor si suprafata incepe sa se rumeneasca. Daca vrei o crusta si mai aurie si mai apetisanta, muta forma sub grill pentru inca 2-3 minute, dar stai langa cuptor &#8212; la grill branza trece foarte repede de la rumen la ars. Daca vrei o masa de aperitive variata, il poti aseza langa un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/humus-simplu\/\">humus simplu<\/a> sau un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/guacamole\/\">guacamole<\/a> cremos &#8212; contrastul dintre dip-ul cald cu branza si dip-urile reci, pe baza de legume, functioneaza foarte bine pe o platou de petrecere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru pastrare, lasa dip-ul sa se raceasca, acopera forma si tine-l la frigider pana la 3 zile. Se reincalzeste cel mai bine in cuptor, la foc mediu, pana redevine cald si cremos; daca s-a ingrosat prea tare, poti adauga o lingura de smantana inainte de reincalzire. Il poti chiar pregati cu o zi inainte: amesteci compozitia, o tii la rece in forma si o coci la nevoie, proaspata pentru oaspeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img
