Iese aromata, mai putin ferma decat varianta clasica pe aragaz, si se pastreaza tot anul in borcane sterilizate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am facut dulceata de caise cu primele caise coapte din acest an. Dupa doi ani in care caisii nu au produs nimic din cauza ingheturilor de primavara, anul acesta am avut roade bogate, asa ca am vrut sa conserv gustul acestor fructe pentru a ma bucura de aroma lor tot anul. Dulceata de caise este preferata mea, alaturi de cea de piersici, iar inspiratia mi-a venit de la o prietena care, la ultima noastra intalnire, m-a servit cu un cheesecake genial insotit de dulceata de caise facuta de ea. A fost atat de delicios incat am hotarat sa fac si eu propria mea dulceata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ma stiti ca incerc mereu sa gasesc metode noi si rapide pentru a gati, asa ca anul acesta am decis sa folosesc slow cookerul (pe care il ador!) pentru a face dulceata. Desi dulceata se face de obicei pe aragaz, metoda la slow cooker e fara stres si mereu reusita: pornesti aparatul si te poti ocupa de altceva, fara sa stai cu lingura de lemn deasupra class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceasta reteta e potrivita daca ai nevoie de<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O metoda fara stres de a conserva caisele coapte cand ai un val de fructe in plina vara si nu vrei sa stai langa aragaz.<\/li>\n<li>O dulceata de pus pe felia de paine de dimineata sau in croissant, cu aroma intensa de caise reala.<\/li>\n<li>O umplutura aromata pentru prajituri, tarte, clatite si biscuiti sandvis.<\/li>\n<li>Un cadou de casa: cateva borcane sigilate frumos arata minunat si tin luni de zile in camara.<\/li>\n<li>Provizii pentru iarna, cand ai chef de gustul verii intr-o zi mohorata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fara stres si mereu reusita.<\/strong> Slow cookerul mentine o caldura blanda si constanta, asa ca nu trebuie sa amesteci continuu si nu risti sa se arda dulceata pe fundul oalei.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aroma mai pura de caise.<\/strong> Fiertul lent, la temperatura joasa, pastreaza gustul de fruct mai bine decat clocotul puternic de pe aragaz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zaharul gelifiant face treaba grea.<\/strong> Pectina din zahar ajuta dulceata sa lege, asa ca nu ai nevoie de ore de fiert ca sa obtii o textura buna.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nota deosebita de la samburi.<\/strong> Adaugarea miezului din samburii de caise este un truc traditional pe care l-am invatat de la bunica mea si care aduce o aroma fina, de migdala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se pastreaza tot anul.<\/strong> Turnata fierbinte in borcane sterilizate si sigilata corect, dulceata rezista luni intregi in camara.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reteta vegana.<\/strong> Doar caise, zahar, lamaie si samburi, fara niciun ingredient de origine 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Caise<\/strong> &#8212; folosesc 1,5 kg de caise coapte dar ferme. Asta e cheia: o caisa prea coapta si moale se transforma in piure si lasa multa apa, una prea verde nu are dulceata si aroma. Cand le cumperi, cauta fructe parfumate, cu pielita catifelata si o culoare portocalie uniforma, care cedeaza usor la apasare fara sa fie pleostite. Caisele de sezon, locale, au mereu mai mult gust decat cele culese verzi pentru transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zahar gelifiant cu pectina<\/strong> &#8212; folosesc 1 kg pentru cele 1,5 kg de caise. Zaharul gelifiant are pectina deja incorporata, asa ca dulceata leaga fara sa fie nevoie de fiert indelung. La slow cooker dulceata iese oricum mai putin ferma decat pe aragaz, deci pectina ajuta mult. Daca ai doar zahar obisnuit, textura va fi mai lichida si vei avea nevoie de un timp mai lung de fiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Suc de lamaie<\/strong> &#8212; de la o lamaie, doar sucul. Aciditatea lamaii nu e doar pentru gust: ea echilibreaza dulceata si ajuta pectina sa se activeze, deci e importanta pentru ca dulceata sa lege bine. Stoarce lamaia proaspat si strecoara semintele inainte de a o adauga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Samburi de caise<\/strong> &#8212; pastreaza samburii de la toate caisele pe care le folosesti, sparge-i si scoate miezul dinauntru. Acesta este trucul de la bunica mea: miezul samburelui are o aroma fina de migdala amaruie care da dulcetii o nota aparte. Ii adaug abia in ultima ora de fiert, pentru a-si pastra aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Taie fiecare jumatate de caisa in inca 2-3 felii. Bucatile mai mici se inmoaie uniform si elibereaza zeama mai repede, asa ca dulceata leaga mai bine.<\/li>\n<li>Adauga miezul samburilor abia in ultima ora, pe treapta LOW. Daca ii pui de la inceput, aroma lor delicata se pierde in cele 3 ore de fiert pe HIGH.<\/li>\n<li>Sterilizeaza borcanele in timp ce fierbe dulceata, ca sa fie fierbinti cand torni. Daca torni dulceata fierbinte in borcane reci, sticla poate crapa de la socul termic.<\/li>\n<li>Toarna dulceata cat e fierbinte, cu polonic si palnie metalica, si insurubeaza imediat capacele cu manusi de cuptor. Cand borcanele se racesc, vei auzi un &#8220;poc!&#8221; &#8212; semnul ca s-au sigilat corect si sunt gata de camara.<\/li>\n<li>Nu te astepta la o dulceata tare, ca de borcan din comert. La slow cooker iese mai moale, mai cremoasa. Pe mine nu ma deranjeaza acest lucru, dar daca preferi dulceturi mai ferme\/inchegate, iti recomand varianta pe aragaz la care poti folosi fix aceleasi cantitati de ingrediente.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pe aragaz, nu la slow cooker.<\/strong> Daca preferi o dulceata mai ferma, foloseste fix aceleasi cantitati de ingrediente si fierbe-o pe aragaz, amestecand des, pana leaga.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fara samburi.<\/strong> Daca nu vrei nota de migdala amaruie sau ti se pare prea laborios sa spargi samburii, sari peste ei. Dulceata ramane delicioasa si fara.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zahar obisnuit in loc de gelifiant.<\/strong> Merge si cu zahar normal, dar vei avea nevoie de mai mult timp de fiert ca dulceata sa lege, iar textura va fi mai lichida.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dulceata de piersici.<\/strong> Aceeasi metoda merge minunat si pentru piersici, cealalta mea preferata. Pastreaza aceleasi proportii de fruct, zahar si lamaie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toarna dulceata fierbinte in 5-6 borcane sterilizate, insurubeaza capacele si lasa-le sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei. In cateva ore vei auzi acel &#8220;poc!&#8221; care iti spune ca borcanele s-au sigilat si sunt gata de camara. Asa pastrate, intr-un loc racoros si intunecos, borcanele nedeschise tin luni intregi. Dupa ce deschizi un borcan, tine-l la frigider si consuma-l in cateva saptamani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dulceata de caise nu e buna doar pe paine. Iti recomand sa o folosesti ca umplutura pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/biscuiti-cu-ovaz\/\">biscuiti sandvis cu ovaz<\/a> sau alaturi de reteta mea de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/cheesecake-vegan-cu-vanilie\/\">cheesecake vegan cu vanilie<\/a>, exact combinatia care m-a inspirat sa fac aceasta dulceata. Daca ti-au mai ramas caise proaspete, incearca-le si intr-un <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/smoothie-de-caise-banane\/\">smoothie de caise si banane<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div De aceea iese mai moale si mai cremoasa.
