Sper ca acest lucru sa fie interesant si pentru voi. Istoria culinara a acestei regiuni dateaza de mii de ani, ceea ce o face cu atat mai interesanta. Gastronomia Japoniei, Chinei, Taiwanului si Mongoliei formeaza aceasta bucatarie, dar preparatele chinezesti si japoneze sunt cele mai populare. Dintre acestea, retetele Cantonese, Hunan si Szechwan sunt printre cele mai populare.<\/p>\n<p>Avand in vedere ca orezul este produs in cantitati foarte mari in China, a devenit astfel si aliment de baza. Putem sa vorbim despre preparate chinezesti si sa excludem taieteii? Imposibil. Taieteii chinezesti sunt absolut divini. Se gasesc in diverse forme, texturi si marimi si pot fi serviti cu diferite topping-uri, fie ele reci sau calde.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/l.profitshare.ro\/l\/7485664\">Tofu<\/a><\/strong> facut din boabe de soia este folosit foarte des in preparatele chinezesti. Exista cateva legume unice pe care le veti putea gasi doar in China precum <strong>varza chinezeasca (Bok Choy), porumb baby, vanata chinezeasca<\/strong> si multe altele. Dintre legume, <strong>germenii de fasole<\/strong> si <strong>boabele de soia<\/strong> sunt printre principalele surse de proteine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mancarurile chinezesti<\/strong> sunt atat de speciale si delicioase datorita condimentelor folosite. <strong>Usturoi, ghimbir proaspat, coriandru, susan si ceapa verde \u2013 acestea sunt principalele arome<\/strong> prezente in mancarurile chinezesti. Veti gasi, de asemenea, si <strong>scortisoara, anason, fenicul si cuisoare<\/strong> in unele preparate regionale. Alimentatia constituie o mare parte din cultura japoneza si astfel, prin preparatele lor, veti intelege cate ceva si despre stilul de viata si cultura acestei tari absolut fascinante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mancarea traditional japoneza<\/strong>, numita Washoku, este simpla si delicioasa. Ea se foloseste in mare parte de ingrediente sezoniere si se bazeaza foarte mult pe produsele cultivate pe plan local.
