Se gateste in mai putin de o ora si iese o explozie de arome, calda si reconfortanta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reteta face parte din provocarea mea de a veganiza retete populare din diverse colturi ale lumii. In mod traditional, supa Pho contine carne de pui, porc sau vita, insa eu am facut varianta vegana si pot sa spun ca aromele nu au de suferit deloc. Secretul, pentru mine, sta in pasul in care condimentele se prajesc usor inainte de a turna supa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru taitei se pot folosi orice tip de taitei, cei de orez in varianta lata fiind preferatii mei. Va recomand sa nu sariti peste pasul in care condimentele se prajesc usor, ca aromele sa fie mai intense. ghimbirul, usturoiul si ardeiul iute fac minuni.<\/li><li>O supa pe care o poti personaliza usor cu legumele si toppingurile pe care le ai prin frigider.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Aroma profunda din condimente intregi<\/strong> &#8212; anasonul stelat si bastonasul de scortisoara, prajite la inceput, dau supei acel parfum cald, dulce-picant care defineste un Pho bun.<\/li><li><strong>Se face dintr-o singura cratita<\/strong> &#8212; toata baza aromata se construieste in aceeasi oala, asa ca ai de spalat mai putine vase.<\/li><li><strong>E gata in sub o ora<\/strong> &#8212; 25 de minute de fiert la foc mic sunt suficiente ca aromele sa se lege frumos.<\/li><li><strong>Complet vegana, dar deloc fada<\/strong> &#8212; supa de legume, sosul de soia si sriracha inlocuiesc cu succes bulionul de carne din reteta clasica.<\/li><li><strong>Usor de personalizat<\/strong> &#8212; adaugi mai mult ardei iute daca iti place picant sau mai multe ciuperci daca o vrei mai consistenta.<\/li><li><strong>Lime-ul proaspat la final<\/strong> &#8212; Eu prefer varianta lata, pentru ca tine bine la supa si are o textura placuta. Nu ii fierbe in supa: inmoaie-i separat in apa calduta circa 20 de minute, ca sa nu se lipeasca si sa nu inceapa sa se desfaca in lichidul fierbinte. Cauta pe ambalaj taitei facuti doar din faina de orez si apa, fara aditivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anasonul stelat si scortisoara<\/strong> sunt sufletul acestei retete. Folosite intregi (o steluta de anason si un bastonas de scortisoara), elibereaza uleiuri esentiale care dau supei aroma dulce-picanta specifica unui Pho. Le prajesc usor la inceput, fara ulei, doar cat sa devina parfumate &#8212; ai grija sa nu le arzi, pentru ca atunci capata un gust amar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ghimbirul si usturoiul<\/strong> construiesc baza aromata picant-pamantie. Eu folosesc ghimbir macinat aici, dar daca ai ghimbir proaspat il poti rade, va da o nota mai vie. Usturoiul se marunteste si se prajeste scurt, doua-trei minute, doar cat sa devina parfumat &#8212; daca il lasi prea mult si se rumeneste tare, devine amar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile Champignon<\/strong> aduc acea textura carnoasa care inlocuieste foarte bine carnea din reteta clasica. Le prajesc separat, intr-o tigaie, circa 4 minute, ca sa-si piarda apa si sa capete putina culoare aurie. Daca le adaugi crude direct in supa, lasa prea multa apa si raman moi &#8212; prajite separat au mult mai mult gust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sosul de soia si sriracha<\/strong> inlocuiesc bulionul de carne si dau adancime supei. Sosul de soia aduce umami si sare, iar sriracha aduce picantul si o nota usor acra. Daca tii la fara gluten, alege un sos de soia tip tamari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Morcovul, coriandrul, ardeiul iute si lime-ul<\/strong> se adauga la final, dupa ce ai oprit focul. Sau cel putin asa a functionat in cazul meu!<\/li><li><strong>Fierbe la foc mic, nu in clocot.<\/strong> Cele 25 de minute la foc mic lasa aromele sa se lege incet. Un clocot puternic doar evapora lichidul si tulbura supa, fara sa adauge gust.<\/li><li><strong>Inmoaie taiteii separat.<\/strong> Daca ii fierbi direct in supa se inmoaie prea tare si se lipesc. Inmuiati 20 de minute in apa calduta, raman elastici si fermi &#8212; ii adaugi la final, dupa ce ai oprit focul.<\/li><li><strong>Adauga lime-ul si toppingul direct in bol.<\/strong> Aciditatea de lime si prospetimea de coriandru se simt cel mai bine adaugate la masa, peste supa fierbinte, nu fierte in oala.<\/li><li><strong>Gusta inainte de servire.<\/strong> Daca ti se pare fada, mai pune putin sos de soia pentru sare si umami; daca o vrei mai picanta, inca putina sriracha sau cateva felii de ardei iute.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substitutii si variatii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Taiteii:<\/strong> se pot folosi orice tip de taitei, cei de orez in varianta lata fiind preferatii mei. Daca nu gasesti taitei de orez lati, merg si cei subtiri sau chiar taitei de hrisca.<\/li><li><strong>Verdeata:<\/strong> daca nu-ti place coriandrul, foloseste patrunjel proaspat &#8212; in reteta merg amandoua la fel de bine.<\/li><li><strong>Mai multe legume:<\/strong> poti adauga pak choi, varza chinezeasca sau germeni de soia la final, pentru o supa mai consistenta si mai colorata.<\/li><li><strong>Mai mult sau mai putin picant:<\/strong> ajusteaza cantitatea de sriracha si de ardei iute dupa gust. Supa aromata se tine la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis, 3-4 zile si chiar castiga in gust a doua zi, pentru ca aromele apuca sa se lege. Taiteii de orez, in schimb, se inmoaie si se lipesc daca stau in lichid, asa ca tine-i separat si adauga-i in bol abia cand servesti, peste supa reincalzita. Toppingurile proaspete &#8212; coriandrul, ceapa verde, ardeiul iute si lime-ul &#8212; le pui mereu in ultimul moment, ca sa-si pastreze prospetimea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vrei sa o pregatesti in avans, poti face baza de supa cu o zi inainte si o reincalzesti la foc mic inainte de servire. Daca iti plac supele aromate, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-tom-yum-vegana\/\">supa Tom Yum vegana<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-miso\/\">supa miso<\/a>. Iar daca vrei sa explorezi mai mult, gasesti toata <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/bucataria-asiatica\/\">bucataria asiatica<\/a> adunata intr-un singur loc.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
