Eu am facut varianta vegana de lo mein cu legume, ciuperci si tofu, pentru un plus de proteine.<\/p><p>Lo Mein este foarte similar cu Chow Mein, diferentele fiind extrem de mici si constand in faptul ca Lo Mein are mai mult sos, iar la Chow Mein taiteii sunt mai crocanti.
