Se face de obicei cu fructe de mare, in mod special creveti si o supa aromata cu lemongrass, frunze uscate de kaffir lime, galangal, suc de lime, sos de peste si ardei iuti.<\/p><p>Exista o multime de variante de supa tom yum, unele clare, altele cu peste sau carne de porc, unele cu lapte de cocos altele fara, insa cea mai cunoscuta reteta este cea de tom yum cu creveti. Chiar daca nu este o reteta vegana, se poate transforma usor. Retetele pe care le-am gasit erau destul de diverse, ba cereau si cate 10 ardei adaugati in supa, ceea ce mi se parea exagerat, ba lipseau niste ingrediente pe care eu le consideram importante pentru a da gust bun supei. Pana la urma am luat putin de la fiecare si am creat propria mea varianta de supa tom yum, vegana.
