Retetele pe care le-am gasit erau destul de diverse: unele cereau si cate 10 ardei iuti adaugati in supa, ceea ce mie mi se parea exagerat, altele lasau pe dinafara ingrediente pe care eu le consideram importante pentru gustul supei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pana la urma am luat putin de la fiecare reteta si mi-am creat propria varianta de supa Tom Yum, vegana. Am folosit tofu si ciuperci ca sa inlocuiesc crevetii si sa adaug un plus de proteine, insa restul ingredientelor au ramas cam la fel ca in reteta originala. Vei avea nevoie de cateva ingrediente speciale, dar daca nu le gasesti &#8212; pentru ca nici eu nu le-am gasit pe toate &#8212; ti-am scris mai jos si niste inlocuitori buni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceasta reteta e potrivita daca ai nevoie de<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O supa calda si reconfortanta intr-o seara racoroasa, cand vrei ceva aromat si usor picant.<\/li>\n<li>O masa vegana rapida, gata in aproximativ 25 de minute, fara ore intregi petrecute la aragaz.<\/li>\n<li>O alternativa la supele clasice, cand iti doresti aromele tailandeze acasa, fara sa comanzi de la restaurant.<\/li>\n<li>O supa care nu ingrasa, dar care satura datorita tofului si ciupercilor care inlocuiesc crevetii.<\/li>\n<li>Un fel care impresioneaza musafirii cu un profil de gust iute-acrisor neasteptat, fara sa para complicat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce o sa iti placa aceasta reteta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Echilibru perfect intre iute, acrisor si aromat<\/strong> &#8212; lemongrass-ul, sucul de lime si ardeii iuti se completeaza reciproc, asa cum se intampla in supa Tom Yum traditionala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complet vegana, fara fructe de mare<\/strong> &#8212; tofu si ciupercile preiau rolul crevetilor si aduc textura si proteine, fara niciun ingredient de origine animala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gata repede<\/strong> &#8212; dupa ce pisezi aromaticele si rumenesti baza, supa fierbe doar 10 minute si e gata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexibila la ingrediente<\/strong> &#8212; daca nu gasesti galangal sau frunze de kaffir lime, ai inlocuitori simpli care fac aceeasi treaba.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reconfortanta si parfumata<\/strong> &#8212; laptele de cocos rotunjeste aciditatea si da supei o textura catifelata, fara sa o ingreuneze.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Usor de personalizat<\/strong> &#8212; controlezi tu cat de iute iese, in functie de cat de multi ardei adaugi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1885\" src=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Vegan-Tom-Yum-Soup-healthy-recipe-1.jpg\" alt=\"supa Tom Yum vegana\" class=\"wp-image-211346\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Vegan-Tom-Yum-Soup-healthy-recipe-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Vegan-Tom-Yum-Soup-healthy-recipe-1-600x943.jpg 600w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Vegan-Tom-Yum-Soup-healthy-recipe-1-286x450.jpg 286w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Vegan-Tom-Yum-Soup-healthy-recipe-1-652x1024.jpg 652w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Vegan-Tom-Yum-Soup-healthy-recipe-1-768x1206.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Vegan-Tom-Yum-Soup-healthy-recipe-1-611x960.jpg 611w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Vegan-Tom-Yum-Soup-healthy-recipe-1-688x1080.jpg 688w, https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Vegan-Tom-Yum-Soup-healthy-recipe-1-764x1200.jpg 764w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note despre ingrediente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lemongrass (iarba de lamaie)<\/strong> &#8212; este sufletul aromat al supei Tom Yum. Foloseste tulpini proaspete, ferme si verzi spre baza; le folosesti taiate in felii de aproximativ 5 cm. Sfatul meu este sa le pisezi in mojar inainte de a le adauga, pentru ca asa elibereaza uleiurile aromate. Daca tulpina e uscata sau lemnoasa la varf, indeparteaza partea aceea &#8212; nu mai are aroma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ardeii iuti<\/strong> &#8212; aici tu decizi cat de picanta iese supa. Eu folosesc 3 ardei cu semintele scoase, pentru ca semintele si membranele albe concentreaza cea mai mare parte din iuteala. Daca vrei o supa mai blanda, lasa-i intregi cat fierbe si scoate-i la final; daca o vrei mai iute, lasa cateva seminte. Vad multe retete care cer si 10 ardei, dar mie mi se pare exagerat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tofu<\/strong> &#8212; inlocuieste crevetii din reteta clasica si aduce proteine. Taie-l in cubulete mici si adauga-l spre final, ca sa nu se sfarame in timp ce fierbe. Un tofu ferm sau extra-ferm tine mai bine forma in supa; daca folosesti unul mai moale, manuieste-l cu blandete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ciupercile<\/strong> &#8212; impreuna cu tofu, dau supei corp si o textura placuta la muscatura. Le folosesti feliate. Alege ciuperci ferme, fara pete maro si fara umezeala la suprafata &#8212; acelea sunt deja trecute si lasa apa in supa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Laptele de cocos<\/strong> &#8212; foloseste lapte de cocos la conserva, mai gras decat cel de la cutie, pentru ca el da supei catifelarea aceea. O treime de cana e suficienta cat sa rotunjeasca aciditatea sucului de lime, fara sa transforme supa intr-una crema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sucul de lime<\/strong> &#8212; aduce nota acrisoara care defineste supa Tom Yum. Stoarce-l proaspat dintr-un lime intreg si adauga-l odata cu celelalte ingrediente lichide. Foloseste lime, nu lamaie galbena &#8212; profilul aromatic e diferit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ghimbirul (sau galangalul)<\/strong> &#8212; reteta cere galangal, dar daca nu il gasesti, ghimbirul proaspat il inlocuieste foarte bine. Eu am folosit ghimbir, pentru ca nu am gasit galangal. Foloseste 3 felii si piseaza-le in mojar impreuna cu lemongrass-ul si ardeii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sosul de soia light sau tamari<\/strong> &#8212; aduce sarea si profunzimea de gust umami. Daca tii o dieta fara gluten, alege tamari fara gluten in locul sosului de soia clasic. Adauga-l treptat si gusta, ca sa nu iasa supa prea sarata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sfaturi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Piseaza aromaticele in mojar inainte de toate.<\/strong> Lemongrass-ul, ardeii si ghimbirul isi elibereaza uleiurile aromate doar cand sunt zdrobite. Daca le adaugi intregi, supa va fi mult mai saraca in aroma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rumeneste baza aromata inainte de a turna supa.<\/strong> Un minut de prajit pasta din mojar, apoi inca un minut dupa ce adaugi uleiul de cocos &#8212; pasul acesta scoate aromele in fata si face diferenta intre o supa plata si una parfumata.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nu fierbe supa prea mult dupa ce ai adaugat laptele de cocos.<\/strong> Cele 10 minute de fiert sunt suficiente. Stii ca e gata cand ciupercile s-au inmuiat si supa miroase puternic a lemongrass si lime.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adauga tofu si sucul de lime spre final.<\/strong> Tofu se poate sfarama daca fierbe agresiv prea mult, iar aroma proaspata de lime se pierde la caldura mare &#8212; de aceea intra spre final.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gusta inainte de a servi si ajusteaza echilibrul.<\/strong> Daca e prea acra, mai pune putin lapte de cocos; daca e fada, mai adauga sos de soia sau lime. Asa am facut si eu, iar rezultatul a fost foarte bun.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frunze de kaffir lime vs. dafin<\/strong> &#8212; nu am avut frunze uscate de kaffir lime, asa ca am folosit frunze de dafin. Ele dau o nota aromata placuta, chiar daca profilul e usor diferit fata de cel autentic.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sosul de &#8220;peste&#8221; vegan<\/strong> &#8212; este optional. Daca vrei aroma marina specifica supei Tom Yum, il poti adauga; daca nu il ai la indemana, supa iese delicioasa si fara el.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mai mult sau mai putin iute<\/strong> &#8212; ajusteaza numarul de ardei dupa preferinta. Cu semintele scoase iese o supa echilibrata, nu agresiv de iute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depozitare si preparare in avans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supa Tom Yum vegana se pastreaza foarte bine la frigider, in recipient inchis, 3-4 zile. Aromele chiar se intensifica dupa o zi, asa ca e o supa buna de pregatit in avans. Cand o reincalzesti, fa-o la foc mic, ca tofu si laptele de cocos sa nu se sfarame sau sa se taie. Daca stii ca o vei manca in zile diferite, poti adauga sucul proaspat de lime si ceapa verde abia la servire, ca sa pastrezi prospetimea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca iti plac supele aromate, pline de gust, incearca si <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-cu-taitei-vegana\/\">supa cu taitei vegana<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/supa-crema-de-cartofi-dulci-ghimbir\/\">supa crema de cartofi dulci si ghimbir<\/a> pentru o nota dulce-picanta. Iar daca vrei sa continui aventura tailandeza, reteta de <a href=\"https:\/\/gourmandelle.com\/ro\/pad-thai-vegan\/\">pad thai vegan<\/a> merge perfect alaturi de aceasta supa.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
